The fact of the matter is he went into Arch Enemy and wanted to do all he's doing currently. There is no "Has to", he CHOSE to play in Arch Enemy, and loves the band. I'm sure he'd do soloing if he wanted to, and I'm sure they'll put it to use if they so deem, but at the end, HE joined, they didnt invite him for leading.
@@naraithsil first of all, never said it was easy. no that note though, it isn't easy for me. is it easy for JL? most certainly. Also, my gripe comes from the fact that this guy is made to write leads and his own music not play somebody else's stuff to pay the bills. one listen through the nevermore backcatalog should tell you all you need to know.
@@hazardeur I’ve listened to the nevermore back catalog. Been listening to them since 2003. Jeff has chosen a more commercial band, because you can’t retire on talent alone
damnit I saw him a few days ago in Tokyo, was waiting for him to come out from the back to get an autograph, but the damn manager made him go back in :(
J'avoue, incroyable qu'il passe à Lille comme ça !!! Et comme dit plus bas c'est vrai que sa main ressemble à une araignée, notamment sur les gros riff ! Merci beaucoup pour la vidéo, vive Jeff Loomis !!
the fact that this guy now has to play for Arch Enemy to make due pains me beyond words

@@LykanVarion it's called "paying the bills"
@@hazardeur You act as if the gig is easy in arch enemy. You try filling chris amotts shoes and see how it goes.

Hard to believe there will never be another Nevermore album :( Rest in peace Warrel Dane!
This guy is a legend his riffs and leads blow way more popular bands out of the water..
"This guy" himself is an absolute god of guitar and music jfyi.
This is hands down my favourite Nevermore song of all time, and definitely in my top 3 metal songs
Azreal677 His music goes a long with the xeno genre.

This really shows how brutal a 7 string can be!
Jeff is simply extraordinary...
This legend has to be under Amott's orders and conditions. How painful it is to see him now subjugated like that
God... he makes it look so easy. Truly an idol.
Never get tired of this video. One of Jeff's best performances !
his left hand looks like the face hugger aliens in the Aliens movies
