How would you rate the clutch in city traffic? I have only driven Ecosport diesel and after that took an automatic due to its clutch.
@@jithinramesh3022 City has a light clutch with a great spring action 👌🏻👌🏻I know how Ecosport diesel is so from that you can drive this one easily in traffic but doesn't matter which car if you drive in bumper to bumper traffic 3-4 days a week then automatic is better... My usage is highways with maybe once a week in traffic so manageable

After watching most of your review videos, i decided to by City 2022 model (the previous one) in Nov 2022, and its an absolute pleasure to drive :)
We people should realize sedans are absolute go to cars if you're looking for comfortable 5 seater and do not assume compact SUVs are the only option, these are just hatchbacks on steriods. Indian automobile market is taking advantage and has very high price points for compact SUV.
Note: I was extremely concerned about cround clearance, but it has never been an issue so far! I drive mostly in Bangalore.

@@vinods9284 on the dial it shows around 14 while in daily city traffic and highways it shows 17.
I've calculated it multiple times full tank to full tank, it's actually 16 in cities and 19-20 in highways with moderate luggage and 2 people in car.

@@mech88karthi hello, thankfully it's more for me. It depends on driving style also i think. I keep acceleration (rpm) to the minimum, i switch to neutral when ever possible, i try to be on the right gear for the speed, down shift gears only when needed, make sure tyre pressure is same across all tyre and i use AC most of the time at minimum level or no AC. Maybe all thes points combined would increase mileage in my opinion.

I like to add some negative points as a owner of honda city 5Gen Zx
1) headlight vibration is high while running through rumble strips.
2) rear seat belt buckle is popping out which will be a disturbance if three passengers occupy rear seat.
3) rear window is too exposed to sun, it must need sun blind
4) steering mount is not in straight line (in my vehicle ) if any one noticed please reply

3. I have sun blind tints to 50% so that's sorted. Else it's true as well
4. I don't have that issue.
Issues i face mostly is
1. AC blower is too noisy
2. torque not adequate for overtakes on low speeds with AC on

The point that you made in 24:00 about 3 people in back seat and how honda city accommodates that well because of its seat shape - is very perfect! This is a major negative for other sedans in the market right now and not talked about much.

Liked your review, Moto Wagon. You have mentioned about suspension re-tuned in the review. As a owner of City VMT 2022, I am interested to know is there a significant difference/improvement in Ride quality in this facelift version compared to the pre-facelift. If yes, would like to know if the models with 15 inch tyres (SV, V variant) will show improvement in ride as a result of re-tune. In pre facelift model, I felt the difference in ride, top spec perform better compared to lower V variant, for the obvious reason better tyre profile. So, curious to know if the V model in facelift will ride better than the pre facelift. Hoping to see a reply from you.
How is the ride quality with 4 people on highways???
@@AlexTittyJohn Normally, I drive in the range of 90 - 100 kmph speed on the highway. With 4 people, its really comfortable. It handles the wavy nature of road well, bridge joints get ironed out, rumble strips don't filter in, undulations are handled better. There is no bouncy feel at the rear seat, no nauseating feel or any kind of that sort. Hope I answered your question.

VFM variant is V & VX. You get ADAS in both variants with 4 & 6 air bags respectively. Difference in ORP between V and VX is 1.34 lacs.

Is ADAS practical in manual variants?
I see why many of us have this question. Say for an instance if the car decides to decelerate drastically and needs downshift which require our intervention. Engines shut off a at minimum idle speed ay higher gears as we know. Still its the same as cruise control in manual. You can quickly set the cruise at 115 kmph while you're still at 40 and yet with a couple of upshits the cruise still works.
ADAS is more like audio warning and mechanical intervention combo. Its brakes with an alarm when It decides to brake abruptly and when to have to manually downshift or disengage at neutral. NOt as convenient as Automatic, still worth the manual. BTW you can turn off some ADAS features
How tall are you? It appears there is hardly any head room available from the driver's seat.

And last , this IVTEC is powerful than TSI?
But still, we pay approximately the same amount for both slavia and Honda City and we get 3 cylinder engine in slavia and 4 cylinder in honda.
