Nh hasn't had the dp for many years. Michael Addisons guilty sentence wad the last one where the dp was used.

I think the judge and the dept of children’s services should also be held accountable. It’s almost like they didn’t even investigate the case. They just signed off & passed her along. She should have never been placed with Adam. Had that judge did his job he would have seen that. He needs charges !!

Should get the death penalty. What he did to that precious little girl is beyond deplorable. So brutal!!!!!!!! What Harmony went through. Child protective services of NH should also be held accountable. It makes me sick what they did to this little girl. Child protective services is blood gulity!!!!!!! They allowed this to happen. And Kayla Montgomery should be in prison for life. She is just as gulity as Adam is. This woman should not be allowed back out into society. Makes me so sick!!!!!

This is absolutely not what you usually see at night. Youre on the main strip area. I can bring you threw the roads off the main roads that would give you a nightmare. tons of free parking on less than favorable side roads. You are looking at the opd poloce station thats being torn down

Out of all the cases this little girls sweet little face has stuck with my heart. Adam should have gotten the D death penalty he is a heartless and cruel monster. Kayla should have gotten many yrs with that deal, because she actually 😢deserves life. The system has failed so many children. This case is so heartbreaking. Two years after her mrdr before she was even reported missing. No One gave a damn that this baby was gone. Why?!! Such a sweet, beautiful little girl.
To answer your question, Adam should be facing no less than the death penalty and that Kayla should be strapped down right next to him. If we're not gonna use the death penalty on child mrdrers and child r*pists then why do we have it. They are the absolute worst of the worst, evilest of evil.
Yes, the Wells should be alongside them too with Stephan & Jennifer as well. Dispose of these demons once and for all.
Kayla is absolutely vile! She asked the prosecutor for one more night with Adam in exchange for her testimony. She didn't get it but who the actual fk would ever want to lay down with that monster after what he did. That just makes me sick that she asked for that. How is she gonna claim she was to scared of Adam to tell on him in the same breath as that request. The only she was scared of was her d*ck getting taken away. Sorry but that's how I feel.
I also don't want to hear sh*t from Harmony's mother. I'm sorry she lost a child but she knew how violent Adam was she knew she wasn't safe with him and CPS wasn't going to protect that baby girl but did mom stop the world from spinning and drop everything and run to the courts saying just tell me what to do to get my daughter back and I'll do it. Then immediately rush to get everything on that list checked off. No, one day she just doesn't hear from Harmony anymore and in two years, no report of her missing. That's bullsh*t and she failed that child too.
She even said the last contact she had with Harmony they face timed and Harmony seemed really frightened the whole time and claims she was concerned about it but follows with "then when five months went by without hearing from her, I called Adam" She was scared and she hung up and didn't follow up and check on her until 5 months later. How is she much better than the other two??
My heart breaks for Harmony. She was failed by everyone that was supposed to protect her, including CPS. Even grandparents did nothing. The only person that I have anything nice to say about is Adam's Uncle. When he saw the black eye, he questioned Adam, when Adam admitted, even boasting about being responsible the Uncle turned him in but like always CPS did nothing. At least he gave a damn tho.
Anyway, I'm done except to say that the punishment he's facing isn't harsh enough and yes, many other states would have given him what he deserves. Sent to Hell where he belongs. Thank you Jonathan ❤ stay safe.
