- The UN's International Court of Justice is hearing a case brought by South Africa accusing Israel of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
The submission also calls on the court to order Israel to stop military operations there.
The ICJ will deliver only an opinion on the genocide allegation as the case is not a criminal trial, although it is being closely watched.
Israel has vehemently rejected the accusation as "baseless".

My country supported SA by training Soldiers and giving them weapons, but SA never went to kill innocent civilians in a white settles settlement like Hamas did on Oct 7, 2023. US and their allies don't have the majority in ICJ and there is no veto, like in the Security Council. The judges are selected from regions, and out of 15 seats the western region (US, Canada, Western Europe, Turkiye and Australia) have only 5. There are 2 seats for Eastern Europe and Russia, 3 for Africa, 3 for Asia and 2 for Latin America & the Caribbean. So it would be strange if the ICJ stood only for US and its allies, considering that 2/3 of the votes belong to the rest of the world. Right now the 15 judges are from USA, Russia, Slovakia, France, Morocco, Somalia, China, Uganda, India, Jamaica, Lebanon, Japan, Germany, Australia and Brazil.

It is appalling how you say something you have no clue about and not even understand the reason why South Africa is doing this but you just summed it up to being controlled by white man. Israel supported the Apartheid government in South Africa with weapons worth over $1.2 Billion in the 1980's when RSA was being sanctioned for apartheid against black people. The politicians that Israel was against back in the 1980's are currently running the government and are holding Israel accountable of apartheid and committing genocide.
That's not gonna happen. Humans should learn to share resources and try to find space for peace.

Love is the source of all things
You are the source of all things
We can feel your love
Can you feel ours?
We can see examples of your power
Can you see ours?
Are ours destruction or planting flowers?
How do you view us from your ivory tower?
What keeps evil at bay?
Is it a spell and apple and leaf of bay?
Is it an old fashioned ruler who thinks she’s a Bey?
Or is it the simple acts of simple people taking care of each other day by day?
You have given us love to turn Earth into Eden
You let us know we were without true gnosis with the apple Adam had eaten
Letting us know we get intrinsic worth from giving a rib and not from beating
Please take away indifference, give us peace and make us care if everyone is eating

Whether it comes from you or me, love takes us to heaven on a winged horse
