You made a mistake by letting red plow, but you managed to snag the win anyways. You had the chance to build 6-2 settlement toward the end. You already had 3:1 port so gained nothing by extending and let yourself get plowed
Black was in the best position long term so I don't think it was wrong of white to rob them when they did. Black just kind of botched up the game by soloing white on the 5 and failing to secure road.
rather than plowing red to the 3-4, ask them for a road so you can take the 2-9 sheep spot (and leave them the wheat spot). you need that sheep so you can buy Devs (no player being an obvious OWS on this board..) but you got it anyway... white lost motivation to play, so that limited your opposition from mid-game
