In the 70's, if a song had 'rock & roll' in the title, it was obligated to rock...you can't hold back with that in the title...but every AC/DC song rocks...straight forward, no frills, blues based rock & roll...they've never strayed from that...it's what makes them great...

Dude!! This was the song that first pricked my ears and got me hooked forever in love with AC⚡️DC. The opening strains and the comic last line Yes I Are!! Grammatically wrong and and also the line, I hear it pays well, as in their early days they were only making a pittance and this was a jab at the recording industry. So sad that when Bon died he and the rest of the band had only just begun to make the big money. 💙⚡️😎👍🔥

The whole connection between the Devil and rock & roll (blues w/a rock beat , basically) started when bluesman Robert Johnson allegedly sold his soul to the Devil in exchange for extraordinary guitar talent at the crossroads of Hwy's 49 and 61 in Mississippi back in the early '30's .

K, so I don't really have much to say about this one, it's a pretty "generic' song for AC/DC (IMO) But, great reaction as always and Umm... I'd love to know your theory on where the whole devil/rock n' roll correlation began!! Don't leave us hanging!! lol!! Seriously though??? ;)
I'm pretty sure that was just a stereotype that the church put on rock because they didn't approve of the loud and electrifying guitar, so then a number of people ran with it and just fuel the fire they went along with it 🤷🏼♂️ just my opinion

This song, like the whole gist of rock 'n' roll is to do with rebellion. The devil reference was more devilment that actual Satanism. A mistake/assumption a lot of people tend to make in regards to rock ('n' roll), music.
The Bible says Satan was a musician in heaven. A third of the angels rebelled against God and were cast down to earth. That's why your turntable plays records at 33.3 rpms( 1third) Jesus was crucified at 33 also. It's how the industry mocks God.
They still teach @&#$ at school...just say'n.
