Ghana is known for Cocoa, how about showing us the entire cocoa production lifecycle? Keep these homegrown business theme vids coming, well done. 👏
Waaaauw this is a real factory im so impressed we need more of this ! Exporting products! I love how all the supervisors are youg people 😍
No we don't, they export it raw,
@Kiwi Is the owner of this farm Black or white? The daughter appears to be biracial....
@@papa6bell my dad is Iranian and my mom is Ghanaian
I would like to start a pineapple farm. I would like to speak to any of the farm managers. Thanks
I don’t think we need more of this. I’m not a big fan of monoculture… they use 10 square kilometer of land to cultivate one crop and export it raw. We can do better
So many possibilities so many opportunities. Black diaspora needs to recognize our place on the continent. 💞💞💞from the 🇺🇲
So many opportunities you are right!
The problem with diasporas they dont like coming to Africa to sort out what they can take to America but prefer Asians in America doing it for them for supplies
They are not seeing it now, I pray they see it soon. Take your time do a lot of research before you start your business and you will be fine
@@VanessaKanbi she looks like you are you sisters?
@@mikewalters4045 You are right. They are too consumed with race and myopic conception of the philosophy of trade, business development in a global world. They put so much energy into condemnation of Asians/Europeans coming to Afrika to do business rather than taking the initiative themselves. It's a great shame.
Great video Vanessa! When I lived in London and Vienna I used to purchase pineapples labelled from Ghana 🇬🇭. Such a delicious fruit.
It is a massive Pineapple farm. It is beautiful to see the whole pineapple production process.
All the people Vanessa spoke to are so knowledgeable. Really nice to see
I never knew how pineapples were grown--this was a very interesting process to see.
This Swiss man is making money!!!. 350,000 pineapples a month!. Even at a dollar a pineapple that's $350k a month!!!. Why didn't I think about that earlier? Damn!!
Lol, no way it's a dollar a pineapple, more like 10p at that mass production.
Aaaabsolutely.
It's Ghanaian and Iranian owned.
surely profitable. yet quite an operation to manage. 1000HA is a very large parcel to upkeep. the cost of the acquisition, prepping the grounds, 160+ people working daily, cost of production, transportation, materials, energy, water the list goes on. the avg retail is $3, so sure $1 direct from farmer seems about right. Guam produces a pineapple for about half a dollar. so if this operation is netting 1.5mm a year ... that's strong in Ghana. and great for the gdp. Of course there are a handful of others means to generate that 1.5mm/year without managing such a large operation. thankful for the family keeping that in ghana and they deserve what they reap for having the insight of buying land over the past few decades and creating such an operation. go ghana! wish had some of that pineapple right now
@0:40 1,000 Hectares is 2,471.05 acres!

@14:05 Get to Work! You have 3,999 left to do!

We want to see an avocado, lettuce, kale and tomatoe plantations; and a cow and chicken farm.

dont wait to see, start one yourself and help build africa.

Don't wait, get going, do it yourself.
there is a great Ghanaian RUclipsr who has a cattle farm and poultry. He makes excellent and informative videos his channel is called Farming in Africa - Ghana
@VanessaKanbi check him out!
"You want to see"? Get involved brother!!
I like the young man and ladies of Ghana running this company and very smooth,it’s shows that Africa we have chance of change in our future and our narrative
Ghana pineapples are the best.
Yes there are! There are like candy!
Nah pineapples with seeds are the best as Mother Nature intended
They are only the best if they are not spraying chemicals on them, like we see here on the video...🙈
Pineapples may be good but right now there are too very sweet girls taking all the importance.
The quality control is impressive
My bloody mouth is watering watching 👀you eat that pineapple 🍍
This is So Beautiful and is part of my DREAM!!!
Vanessa, well done indeed. You always have such interesting content. Ghana broadcasters, you should be signing up Vanessa for her own show. She is soo valuable. Keep it up Vanessa.
No Ghanaian journalists are after gossips and politicians bcoz their all stomach journalists, they dont know how to create contents for their stations

Wow this is very interesting ..this is an amazing production company. That's very kind of them to walk you through the process step by step. May their company continue to grow and flourish.
So many possibilities 🍍 🍍

Bossbaby how are you
You always have such interesting content. Not the same old overly reported content of other Ghana based RUclipsrs.
What's not to like about this video? Some sad souls will always find a reason to dislike anything.
Noticing the dislikes is a waste of your time. You bring down the good mood of the video by bringing everyones’s attention to the dislikes. Most people don’t even notice them because they do not matter.
Yes like genetic modification and corruption of Mother Earth
What a dream, pineapple is my favourite fruit and passion fruit is quite possibly my 2nd favourite 😍 the fresh ones from Uganda 👏🏾
love your new trend, continue with plantations and industries in Ghana.
The country is moving forward, and this is what we need to see, in different way. In agriculture, infrastructure, factory's, and many others companies. Good job Vanessa you are really doing great things in motherland Ghana.
This is a huge investment. Agriculture is a massive employer of labour. Kudos to the owners..
@ilemobade Is the owner of this pineapple farm Black or white? The owner's daughter appears to be biracial....
@@papa6bell What has the race got to do with ownership. You said the daughter is biracial that self-evidently meant we have an Afrikan or Black in the family. The daughter said in the reportage that her father who is a Ghanaian established the farm. Really, race is of no relevance to me concerning ownership. What is important is the fact that job is being created for the people who need it and the economy is growing exponentially to create more avenues for jobs. If a Black/ Afrikan or European/Asian creates job what difference does the race has to do with it. Everybody is welcome.
@@Uncommonconversation7220 Spoken like a true self-hating Afrikan stooge!!
@Cecilia Spencer I very seriously doubt that her mother owns that farm. Her white husband provided the money to buy that land, that's why he can afford to spend half the year in Ghana. Like Vanessa Kanbi, this biracial woman will likely marry a white man, and pass ownership of this sacred Afrikan soil unto their non-Black children.
@Cecilia Spencer She married a white man!! That race betraying sellout should've kept herself in Switzerland, with that white husband of hers. You can take that white inspired feminist rhetoric of yours, and keep it out of Black discussions!!!
The daughter seem clueless about the plants 😂😂but I am sure not about the money money lol
Love how the workers were so passionate about describing the job they do! Enjoy seeing a different side to Africa.

Vanessa, see if you can go to Juaben and visit the palm oil plantation and processing. You have to contact Juabenhene's office, because that is his own personal farm in Ashanti Region. Speak to Bella's mum for the contact.
Amazing work done👏👏.... I think you Number 1 now in Gh👊
Such an interesting video. Would really like to see more food processing, perhaps fish and other seafood and perhaps red meat? If you can take the smells!!!

💯 ORGANIC MAMA AFRICA PINEAPPLE. NO GMO... NATURAL TASTE...NO CHEMICALS🌲🌿🍍🌲🇬🇭🌲🍍🌍
Do you mean that these are organic pineapples? I saw a lot of chemical spraying in this video. Totally understandibly since it is for export but in general it is recommended to African farmes NOT to repeat the same mistakes already made in the US, Europe or China. Organic is definitely more sustainable and safe for humans and environment. This put aside, still a very good business and salute to the ones runnning it!
Thank you. I've learned a lot 👍🏾
Amazing content, really great what you are doing showing the economy of the country, thank you.
