I noticed so much price increase in the handbag world and when I was unpacking our stuff in our new home, I was going through my bags and thought of curating my top 10 recommended bags that are under $500 that meets these criteria: Functional, Practical, Quality, and Reasonable (In my opinion)

So…do you like bags that drop low or just right on the hip? Because back then…l loved crossbody bags that has a very low drop. But now I like it to where it hits just right on my hip.

@@littlebitoflux I’m very curvy, large size woman, so I select mostly to suit my silhouette. I own crossbody wallet on a chain, but too long. At the hip, not the right spot. With winter coat for -40, it works. I ordered Madewell syndney yesterday and I look forward to see how it is. I think it should be fine, also ordered Songmont Song in medium, looks bulky but soft, so it should work. Marc Jacob tote bag called The Tote, is so bulky looking on me, so I never bought that. It didn’t help that it is hard structure. For shoulder bags, I prefer it hits at the waist at the lowest. I own Rebecca Minkoff cross/shoulder bag and it’s perfect length.
