I wrote Spanish subtitles for this video and it would come very handy to have them on the video! I want to show this video to little kids who don't understand English! Please put the Spanish subtitles!
Thank you for adding the subtitles ❤🙌🏼
Thanks for your work!
You are welcome! Now I see the subtitles are there 😃🥰
I know I am SUPER LATE 8 YEARS LATE but gotta say I love these animations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These little animations are brilliant! And being voiced by Dara O Briain...well...even better! :D
Classical physics and mathematics in the form of sound, waves , harmonics , oscillation frequency and the vibrations of the wavelength range of the speed of sound travel.
That was 👍great. Wonderful animation!
I love these little films.
1. Didn't mention that church music was the beginning of musical notation
2. Beethoven didn't invent the symphony, Haydn did
3. The phonograph was predated by wax cylinders
Then I stopped watching. But I really liked the parts about caveman music and Pythagoras' contributions!
Thank you!
Civilization started in Africa. Black music influenced most popular music categories. Why leave that out?
just making waves! ta! i enjoy!!!!!!!!!da!
Deprived and obviously under educated American here, has anyone uploaded the full episode, anywhere on the webs? As we are the only English (Englis-ish like, speaking) Country in the world not to get QI.Happy Christmas my neighbors across the pond, and thank you for providing this great show for us.

No control over quality? I think this is false. The quality of sound has improved due to technology.
Ame el 0:25 porque los de la cultura hacia empiezan con su música 737
Sackbut and Crumhorn? Was Dr. Seuss naming these?
Actual authentic names of old instruments. The Sackbut is even mentioned in the KJV version of the Bible! (Part of the Babylonian Royal Orchestra) :)
Very nice little vid
who did the animation?
Me xd
Llegue pe
sadly it has no control over the quality of the music produced :P
👌👌
Sadly indeed.
No caption for foreigners that might not understand certain words -bye
Hice los subtítulos en español y estoy a la espera de que RUclips los acepte. Quizás en algunos días tengamos el vídeo con subtítulos :)
why was Thomas Edison important for the story of music?
i music
s.a.y
.?
what about pandora lol
Deeneen Core boi stfu ur stomach looks like two soccerballs like shut up 🖕🏿
This is extremely EURO centric. Starting with that cave man BS. You mention Melody & Harmony, but fail to mention Rhythm... Hmmm... You would have had to include AFRICA which had civilizations and true CULTURE.
Not that sort of quality. Think more Mozart vs Justin Beiber.
