Really glad that you didn't try to compress all the beautiful buildings into one video. As a series it is stunning and beautiful, thanks Matt for taking the time to show everything it shows an eye for detail and an appreciation of historic heritage.
Your walks are my blessing to experience not only the outdoors but also the cryptic beauty of trees, mausoleums, fog of aesthetic decay and your natural style. xoxoxo
This was a massive cemetery. What beautiful doors on these mausoleums. The stained glass and the Angels really came out clear. I look forward to each and every video you do.
“Matt”..wonderful place..loved the camera angles throughout the video..😃the Mausoleum with the Angels both sides with the peace sign was stunning..The Royle Blue stained glass was eye catching..thank you for another great video 👍☘️🇮🇪
You are a man after my own heart. I absolutely love exploring old graveyards. Who these people were should never be forgotten. They all had lives, loves and were loved. The best part is finding out the back stories. My first old cemetery I visited was near Lake Isabella, Kern County, California back around 1960. Since then I've explored hundreds of others, including the likes of Grand Canyon and Custer Battlefield. I have also explored and researched old airplane crash sights. Keep up the good work young man. You remind me of me, except for the hair. I just wish I still had some. Thank you!
Vlogers such as you and tipsy gypsy are showing cemeteries in the respect that they should be, beautiful ,timeless memorials to those who have passed. You are changing the way these memorials are viewed in my opinion , and for the better!
Those tall mausoleum doors adorn with those Angels & Lion's head ring knockers were quite exquisite! Many of those stained glass works were of exceptional quality & craftsmanship! This cemetery covers a lot ground! Nice one, Matt. Another great video offering a continuation of areas, not yet explored! 👍
Thanks Matt for sharing with me this well done video about Beautiful Angels and mausoleums at historic graveyard Matt i really enjoyed this video those Mausoleums were really interesting how they looked and how they was kept up. and i can't wait to see your next video Matt and God Bless you my friend and thanks again.
Another awesome job Matt. I think I would prefer a mausoleum burial rather than a grave. It just seems to me to be a grander and more stylish way to go. Stay safe on your adventures. Much ❤ and appreciation.
The one you said it didn't look like it's supposed to be there is actually a black marble slab that slides into a holder that is pushed into the ground. People buy them as temporary markers until the headstone is placed. We did the same thing for my stepfather. Some people actually use these as permanent markers as well. You can buy them on Amazon.
What a beautiful series. The doors on these are truly spectacular. The stained glass magnificent. Thank you for bringing these to us. That place is huge. Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
Another part of the "" mausoleum" series.Wow .. so many mausoleums, which ones to choose??. Have to look inside and outside for details that are interesting. The doors ( glass, metal, ornaments, details).. some stand out !. Like the one with the angels( Kiefer)...... wow.. beautiful.Inside wit the beautiful stained glass ( Erwin, Kiefer,, Marshall ( 2 windows)). especially the one from Erwin family stands out. That blue color, the flowers and grapes... imagine when the sun shines through it....... must look amazing inside.Definitely something you want to photograph and film.Another WOW ( style) bench ( Barnitt), sad to see that it is broken.Hope that someone will repair it.What a great diversity in markers, .... some elaborate, big ones that stand out.. others that are plain and simple. All have 1 thing in common... to remember a loved one. Great video Matt, thanks for showing this beautiful place. hope you do more of these series about 1 subject in the future !!.
Hi Matt, I really loved the blue colour on that stained glass, I am very surprised it hasn't faded, was it on a side where the sun doesn't reach do you remember ??. Thanks for another awesome video. x
That Thomas r Marshall masoulem he was a former vice president of the United States number 28 from1913 to 1921passed away at ag 71 on June 1 1925 of a heart attack reading the Bible in bed his wife never remarried she's next to him she passed in 1958
Beautiful place Matt, I’ve been watching you for a while now it’s so interesting, I don’t know why, but I’ve always be interested in cemeteries, probably just to think who these people were, I often go to my dads grave and I new a lot buried near him, people I grew up knowing, somehow gives me a sense of comfort, keep up the good work bro, uk Tim 🇬🇧🏴
I’ve been enjoying several of your videos, Matt. First of all I appreciate the respect you show these sites and secondly your obvious enthusiasm. Matt, are you a member of FindAGrave? We really need interested individuals like yourself to document gravesites. Membership is free and FindAGrave directly links with ancestry.com so that family and friends can locate the burial locations of their loved ones. A plea to your viewers as well - we need you. It’s fun, it’s healthy (lots of walking) and very rewarding. Keep these wonderful videos coming! God bless you!
Matt. How far do you travel to search out these amazing cemeteries? It has to be a lot of fun! Do you just do it as hobby? Or do you travel with work and find them on free time from job? However you do it! Thanks!!!
The architecture and Beauty is astonishing and because of the decay somehow makes it even more beautiful love the Victorian era ( not sure I would have wanted to see it in the flesh ie poverty transportation social injustice but my god weren’t they damned clever people and we are going forward with science education etc etc will the things we build and make be so beutifull and last so long I don’t think so thank god we still have these
do you guys ever wonder why most doors are green colored? I mean, is it made from material like the one used for statue of Liberty? because as it oxidized, it will turn green.
Have you ever seen anything weird or scary while roaming around these grave yards like a vampire or zombie? I think you should carry a cross or wooden stake with you because crazy shit happens all the time and I really think you need a buddy to film you just in case you get eaten or killed by a creature that you woke up while digging around one of those cemeteries. If you are killed by a graveyard creature make sure it is filmed by you buddy and posted on RUclips so we can all see it. Thanks for your good work.

is that a yellow cargo strap on the shelf at 14:46? Matt, what is the oddest thing you have seen in a mausoleum?
Are family mausoleums such as these, still built today in the USA?

Carry a broom in fall maybe for staircases n nrusging off graves
Its sad that a lot of boneyards aren't as nice and clean as they use to be.
Your friends would love a SEAL Luminox watch.

That needs to be cleaned up. How disrespectful to those who lay there
The mausoleums look old. not from 1800s.
Why dont you research some of the graves To make it more interesting
I just now found this. I’m not getting your notifications! Makes me mad, so I unsubscribed and resubscribed to the channel.
