IDK really. Blender is way cheaper for good results but it can be more complicated and doesn't integrate into After Effects at all really. I used C4D and then moved to Blender. Blender was just a lower barrier to entry since it's pretty easy to get nice results if you have great hardware (GPU)
Mobox, help me here, I'm considering buying Patreon's plan and having access to some tutorial projects and I would like to know if they work in After Effects CC 2014
I believe it will. Also you can try and either (1) request a refund if it doesn't work for you or (2) send me a message and I can save it in a way to ensure it will work on older versions of Ae (given the effects/features have cross support. May I ask why you haven't upgraded to 2020?
@@moboxgraphics My video card doesn't support the new version of After Effects, CC 2020 threw me a pop-up saying that my graphics card didn't support it and I could have problems with the program, since they put the new way to pre-render a video in CC 2017 (I believe it is in this version), I had problems rendering it, because the projects were heavy and I only managed to have a good pre-rendering performance in CC 2014.2 and I kept this version until today, it is the best version for me
I have never seen such excellent tutorials regarding the C4D. Looking forward to new tutorials

I need ur advice Mobox.... Im currently learning After Effects... what should I move up to next? Blender or C4D?

However C4D is more professional and so if you go work at a studio, it's more likely they're using C4D than blender.
@@moboxgraphics ohh thx...keep up the good work
In my opinion C4D is best and user friendly for beginners, blender is little complicated
@@samuelwpeter thx, i was wondering which one to start
What render engine do you use with C4D?
Most of the time Octane
