Hi guys, Sorry I've been so inactive for months now but I've got a HUGE update. I've currently been overhauling my Sega Genesis/Mega Drive drum kit pack, completely redoing all of the PSG and FM instruments using RymCast VGM player for more accuracy to the real hardware instead of emulators. and also catching some instruments I missed last time out. I will even be including some homebrew games like Xeno Crisis and Demons of Asteborg which I can't believe are actually playable on real GEN hardware they sound incredible! I will be periodically be adding more instruments one Sound driver at a time! the first two available are Technosoft and Terpsichorean (Hitoshi Sakimoto). I will of course be including all of the PCM samples I have ripped previously in V7 and combining them into one big pack for the google drive. Take care my guys drive.google.com/drive/folders/1qaPq68dbVhcT5q6djMEJliFTCQtQfzZK
FL Studio is the program I use to make the remixes themselves. But the videos are created with Sony Vegas Pro, and Adobe After Effects. This perticular video was made using OBS Studio to capture the screen while I was in FL Studio though. Hope that helps @@q-plushtoons1219
LEEEET'S get down to business... To defeeeeat, the druuuuums! Also Xeno Crisis sounds so good (and PLAYS really good too!) Quite the collection you've got :)
It's great to see that you have new tools for remixes & also going back to creating remixes as well. I am really looking forward to remixes from Homebrew soundtracks, you should try remixing soundtracks from rom hacks & fan games as well. 👍
cool, i can definitely get some use out of this. oh and..Can you do a genesis remix of Markus Kaarlonen's Space Debris? A fun fact is that the song was used as a menu song for a Megadrive or genesis emulator for the PS2
Good morning, @TheLegendofRenegade! How's it going? Could you make a video called "Sonic 2 vs Sonic 3 and Knuckles - Lava Reef Zone Act 2 in Hill Top Zone"?
Those drums are yummy, they're going to take your work to a new level, some of those snares are hitting me right in the nostalgia. Those..drums..they'll make a man out of your new work..😂
@@TheLegendofRenegade Thanks for the reply, sorry to write so late. I want to admit that thanks to your remixes of Mega Man 1-6, X1-X4 Genesis I started to take a deeper interest in YM2612 and the like. Thanks to your work, since 2016 I started making my own remixes using your V7 pack with my own improvements as a drum base. Only I create music in Renoise Tracker and the VST plugins F-MDRIVE2612 + SPSG + Chipsynth MD + PCM2612 are now responsible for generating sound. My rearrangements are on my RUclips and Soundcloud. I would love to know your opinion on how successful my rearrangements have been, as I owe everything I have achieved in my retro work to your work, however.
I would love to hear you try to make an authentic sounding Sonic 2 or Sonic 3 genesis style version of the Sky Temple Zone music from Sonic Superstars someday! ruclips.net/video/gq2_Evq7a9A/видео.htmlsi=1GcwfNsY7aUJZ26k
Wow, thanks for this service to the community mate. I only just came across your channel from listening to this video: ruclips.net/video/BvalRehGlLw/видео.html

What program is this and is this the only program what you used for your videos or is there more programs you used
