I'm really excited to present this cover to you all! Love Hina is one of the earliest anime I've ever watched and probably the first Harem type series I've ever been exposed to. Of course, back then I didn't realize what this category was and just thought the idea of a guy living at female-only apartment was crazy, but hey, it's anime!
This song is all about the relationship between the main characters, Naru x Kei. As the story goes, they made a promise as childhood friends to go to the same University (the most prestigious one in the country, no less) where they would meet again, if ever separated. It sounds sappy, which it is, but comedy ensues as well.
