Every time Woodle said some variation of "I want all my guns to use the same ammo" I shook my head and thought "You won't have a backup if you run out of that ammo." Having different ammo using weapons would have given you more choices with the looted ammo you found along the way.
Its the looter mentality in him, I'd bet. 1 ammo type means less inventory slots taken up. Seeing as how he loots like I do, I'd wager that's his reasoning. You're right, though. Having a good shotty has saved my bacon numerous times because of all the shells I tend to find while scrounging.
Josh, my boy, you've got to considere what is in your toolbelt before taking decisions : you have a t6 coumpond crossbow, so you didn't need to get the bow parts, and the magnum in your hand is litteraly made with the pistol part you were needing. A lot of dukes were wasted this day... Keep the muppetry !
You need a laser sight on your crossbow since you found out that the laser shows you the hit box. Also, get that 44 book series finished. Rolling HP ammo through the vulture with every bullet also being AP is pretty sweet.
Watching other creators using the baton i think he may be surprised at how good it actually is .... his problem will be that he never specs into a play style fully and never plays to the weapons strengths .. instead just plays chaos for the entertainment ...
I'm a little surprised that you forgot how much ammo tends to be in those end loot boxes. You probably could have finished the last 2 groups if you had popped open the end loot.
When I did this POI, I went in after 10 and was wearing full assassin's armor level 6. most of my kills were with the machete and the rest with the Vulture. Stealth was the key. Even when I triggered the Zoms so that the knew right where I was... I could break line of sight and crouch again... most would forget though not all. My raid on Military base 07 was sweet
I had same assassin's armor & did it at Level 5 POI. Great time until the end loot room area where 3 Zeds never spawned in & I couldn't complete the Clear. There were 3 yellow marker dots & no Z's.....grr

I had the same experience with that POI. After reaching the main loot room there were still more zombies but I had no more ammo or heals. I just looted and ran.
Just ended my game alas, was doing the 5 infested county jail and died outside, ran back got my gear. Got to the roof over the main jail with all the look. Drop in and insanity all the empty cells suddenly had zombies and the room must have at least 20 instant appear. ran out pf the room barely alive and a cop that was not in the hall taps me on the back and finishes me. Hate that teleport/appear mechanic just makes most stealthing useless. silenced guns no lights even a few ranks in stealth from the agility tree and too many times those transporter like zombies just break the game.
Yeah I went into that POI with 800 rounds of 12 gauge and an auto shotty and came out with less than 200 and missing most of my meds. Had to bait the large groups out of the lower levels up to the surface five different times and that wasn't even the whole POI. Once I found the end loot and fucked off didn't care about clearing it anymore. Each mini horde had like 20 zombies running at me at once. I could tell when I'd entered a zombie spawn zone because my frames per second visibly dropped from how many zombies were sleeping. Oh and I did it at the beginning of the night too so that was a lot of fun. AND a pair of screamers spawned after I went into the building. And in all the chaos, a random boar wandered into the lobby of the building. What a hellish area. 10/10 would do it again.

In 800 subs, the stun baton will quickly become your favorite. Its the most OP build in yhe game and my favorite. Ive been subscribed for a couple of years, Woodle park was what got me in. The play through has been great but i cant wait for the baton series soon coming!
That was pretty rough. I'd say though that In a big city in the wasteland at night now, it's like horde night but with harder enemies, just wandering around. It's non-stop. I'm looking forward to you going there. I'd love to see you move your base to a wasteland city and go from there.
DId tons of testing in World and a couple 1.0 Play throughs ... Legendary Parts: Out of all the Pois Ive did, Savage Country is by FAR the best, ive got as many as 9 Legendary parts, 19 Armor parts, 9 Sewing Kits, TONS or Cloth and polymers from a single Store, Oh I got like 6-8 Pieces of armor as well, Tier 2-3 as well. ... (This is Warrior, 100% loot, NO Loot respawn, and Like Day 14 in Desert if remember right). But Legendary parts seem to come more from Stuff that gives Clothes when loot.
Same. Wife and I were running an Infestation quest here, with me as a front line with a sledge while she gunned from behind. We got to the basement and were pretty much exhausted on supplies, I had to drop the 7.62 I had for my backup AK for her when a small group got behind us and cornered me when we got separated trying to fall back to the stairway.
You should try the Navezgane corrections facility in the wasteland next. I made the mistake of choosing that as my very first POI to take on when I entered the wasteland. I managed to scramble away with just about every injury and status effect possible on the left of my screen. Good fun. Highly recommend.
Commenting after just having seen the thumbnail but before watching the video, and I had a lot of fun with that PoI. Granted, I was using a stun baton and a robotic sledge, so crowd control wasn't too bad, but it was also a lot easier after I maxed out my Int build and added a robotic turret. Can't wait for you to give it a try next series since you're about to hit 100k subscribers! Now I'll actually watch the video, lol.
Hi when you get the whole assassin build your going to love how it works at night or when you can run around a corner and hide in the shadows and the zombie losses you
Too bad! You were close! This is my favorite POI now, in stealth build it is super easy (even in survivalist). But you should go through the stairs for the lower levels. I destroy the door and kill them while they’re stuck in the spikes. Usually half the floor dies before the spikes get destroyed! But that was a nice adrenaline rush! And when you redo this POI a second time, it’s super easy to get to the loot before resetting it to make it super worth!
Good choice leaving... if you had stepped into the loot room the wall opens and a buttload o rads jumps out... I got 2 screamer hordes when I ran that one... it's a character builder!
Just built the gyrocopter. It is a bit of a learning curve to fly it. The tier 5 POI just take too long. Without some sort of end game I am likely done. I have legendary everything but the driver. I just did that military base POI you did this morning. It was pretty bad.
in case you dont know, stun baton with repulsor mod is insane. the stun baton itself is already amazing, it stuns zombies often, making it easy to stun a few and kill others, also clubs seem to have a sweep attack now, so when you get an attack that triggers knockback with the stun, all zombies in the 1-2meter radius of you get thrown backwards and ragdolled for a short time.
You got me back into 7dtd since the new update. It is so fucking fun I love this new update. Thanks for being awesome and making this game look like so much fun. Cheers big ears
i was just at that POI... and 2 stupid screames were outside the wall............and all hell broke out ---i had to hop ontop of those hangers .. they destroyed the tent and ate through most of those hangers.. it was almost like a horde night .....
600 subscribers till baton series ;) I loved that POI btw. Dangerous, fun, just the right length. You were like 99.9% done with that POI. But hindsight is 20/20 I get it. You should try the OPAF tier 6 assassin set, before it gets nerfed. Great content as always!
What’s funny is Josh being so sad about failing the quest when he’s knows it’s gonna be sham chowder, crafting mag bundle, forge steel, a useless book, and an antibiotic. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You need to be rocking two T6 SMG's with drum mags and AP ammo, 10 reloads for each, a full stack of med kits, a double stack of bando's, pop triple vitamins, and maybe rock a tacky-boi with a drum and a crippler mod and some ammo for that as well. Add a stack of mollys for door damage, maybe a few dozen grenades, a consider a nuke or 10..... That should get ya through.... Maybe...
stun baton t6 is the goat for my play thru....that electric stun lock on the harder stuff saves my bacon took me almost the whole play thru to finally get one though
Tough POI. It follows the trend of is a T5 worth the resources invested in clearing? Is there a reason you don't power attack your weapons or tools (outside of the knife)? Typically my machete strategy is to hold right click till my problems disappear. Wondering if I'm missing something.
I never seen Legendary parts for sale. Could be wrong but I thought the point of them was to loot them only for manual crafting so tier 6 is locked behind looting and crafting. Also you’re really lucky with those handgun parts. I NEVER find the parts I want I when I want them. I’m completely invested in bow and machine gun and none of the traders have been selling either for the last 3 restocks.
That POI gets berserk late. Need twice as much Ammo and Meds than you expect Do it in three sweeps. Outside, Upstairs, Downstairs. Rest and restock between each. Kicked my butt last time I did it too.
This place in t6 infested is wild. I jump down the elevator and then back up so they damage themselves in the spike trap after breaking out of the door to come after me lol
Yeah did that one last night soon as u walk into that loot room another 20 sporn ect ,went to one that had a nest of them on the roof of a tower at a chemical plant good fun 😅😅

In 800 subs, the stun baton will quickly become your favorite. Its the most OP build in yhe game and my favorite. Ive been subscribed for a couple of years, Woodle park was what got me in. The play through has been great but i cant wait for the baton series soon coming!
Even though you lost it, that was epic! Never seen that many Z's! You nearly got it using all those acquired skills! Well done!
45:00 LOL those two yellow dots. That's rough.
I love the agility build + assassin suite. All the skills are very useful.
I got absolutely hammered in the basement here! Full strength build, tier 6 heavy armour and still got destroyed 😂
I found it quite managable with an auto shotgun, those things are great!
@@kire5991 I had that and an M60, although it was an infested quest too 🤣
Really diggin' the Electric Callboy Shirt! Nice taste in music!
Oh my gosh this was a rollercoaster of an episode!
You should try the Navezgane corrections facility in the wasteland next. I made the mistake of choosing that as my very first POI to take on when I entered the wasteland. I managed to scramble away with just about every injury and status effect possible on the left of my screen. Good fun. Highly recommend.
Ah ... "dulture" ... Desert Vulture. I swear I thought this was some "down-under" phrase that I wasn't privy to LOL.
classic over confidant woodle thanks mate this one made me smile
Awesome episode, butt clenching. Very glad you survived well played.
Great episode, Josh!
Watching you do this place the day after I have done this one by myself before. I also had 2 junk turrets to help but I went in with a lot more ammo.
I love that POI. I do it when I can. Lots of action!
oooooooooooo you left nooooo you had beer you had a sledgy and the knifeee . i never left go big or die trying . loved it all
i was just at that POI... and 2 stupid screames were outside the wall............and all hell broke out ---i had to hop ontop of those hangers .. they destroyed the tent and ate through most of those hangers.. it was almost like a horde night .....
JW got to give you props on knowing when to retreat! 👏🏻👏🏻
600 subscribers till baton series ;)
I loved that POI btw.
That poi like the corrections and jail are literally hell
That was a wild POI!!! Love the content as usual Josh ♥
Maybe...
Bro the souljah boi decapy is my jam
stun baton t6 is the goat for my play thru....that electric stun lock on the harder stuff saves my bacon
took me almost the whole play thru to finally get one though
Tough POI. It follows the trend of is a T5 worth the resources invested in clearing?
Is there a reason you don't power attack your weapons or tools (outside of the knife)? Typically my machete strategy is to hold right click till my problems disappear.
Wondering if I'm missing something.
You had it josh. Lol great time watching you play
And now you feel the consequence of using only 1 ammo type between multiple guns! lucky you have the fix for that cooking up at base
Dammit Josh! I have never rooted harder for you to get mauled to death. That was epic!
@15:00 and I feel a case of the cockys coming on.
That POI gets berserk late. Need twice as much Ammo and Meds than you expect
Do it in three sweeps. Outside, Upstairs, Downstairs. Rest and restock between each.
Kicked my butt last time I did it too.
This place in t6 infested is wild. I jump down the elevator and then back up so they damage themselves in the spike trap after breaking out of the door to come after me lol
Woodle: "This is gonna be a heckin long episode" 48 minutes. Meanwhile me who came here after watching a 4 hour video 😆
Yeah did that one last night soon as u walk into that loot room another 20 sporn ect ,went to one that had a nest of them on the roof of a tower at a chemical plant good fun 😅😅
Fun poi, did it a couple of nights ago. Barely made it. Went through tons of ammo and limped home beat up and infected.
Some exploding crossbow bolts will be good for shooting through the door holes
I really thought you were gonna throw it so you could do another series before you HAVE to do the baton series. :D
Missed opportunity tbh
The first time I hit that POI I had the same thing happen. Simply ran out of ammo. It's awesome, but rough.
Less than 700 to go! I can't wait!
you should use the preachers hat when selling and buying supper nice
The thumbnail alone speaks levels of Muppetry
Everytime you mention the center building I'm just going, "It's more than you think" because I just did this PoI like 2 days ago
I live agi build. It has everything I love. Knife skills, stealth, bow, parkour... I'm now in my endgame build I love. Legendary assassins gear, Legendary suppressed DV with AP rounds, Legendary suppressed SMG with AP rounds, and Legendary machete for wetwork. I dance through insane T6 infested missions like they are child's play.
You might have been able to get more 9mm in the big loot chest to finish off the POI
Wow...nice effort!! Should consider trap baiting to assist with the spawn mob
Army Post #7 was my first t6 this playthrough on warrior ... was new for me, didnt do it on t5 before.
It was pure horror down there, ran out of bandages, lowest HP was 4.
F O U R !
Did it somehow, but after that i did no more t6 for a whole ingame week.
I play no coward stealth build, just smg5, sniper rifle and preacher set ... maybe with assassins build its easy, but thats not me
That place is nutty. Not really sure how you survived but that bobbing and weaving was top tier I must say.
