Also: God of War 3 is amazing and every person who likes videogames should have played it at least once.
Barb knows that his fanbase are a bunch of insufferable twats (like me) who love annoying other people. So of course, make the T3 sub the most extravagantly annoying alert ever while theming it after God of War is just *chefs kiss* perfection.

The first part was mostly barb running for his life. He paid the price of a mile so to speak with little progress. In this part the run truly starts and Barb entertains the shit out of us. Great work.

Screw spamming comments, just gotta say that I use the claw aswell while playing. My brother recently made fun of me for playing this way, but he will understand with time.
You mean claw grip on the controller? I just have buttons on the back of mine so I never have to take my thumbs off of the sticks

People really find the claw grip that hard to believe? They should at least try it. I use it too, though not all the time, really didn't ever think it was some strange thing. Seemed like the obvious way to hold the controller if you want to run and manipulate the camera at the same time.

there's a great actual deffense of Dark Souls 2 by hbomberguy that made me appreciate it more, but it makes me feel like what it ends up with is that I can see what they were /trying/ to do with the game, but it feels like they missed their mark on several bits. To me it's less about the mechanics and more about the world building and tone, and a kind of clumsy (but not atypical for video games) script killed some of that. I dunno, I still like it, but it is the weakest in everything I care about.

The "claw" was a staple for Monster Hunter players up until... honestly I think until world came out. I'm well aquainted with that control grip =)

You need claw because your camera sensitivity is so god damn low.
I hate the way you hold the controller, but I don't blame you. I blame the game for making that the optimal way of holding the controller.

Ps. Claw hands are essential for soulslikes, got platinum trophy in ds1, ds3 and bloodborne... but good god does it give me cramp.
Just get a scuff, cheap scuff controller, or the 10 dollar ps4 adapter that gives you two buttons on the back of the controller. No need to be uncomfortable while trying to claw the buttons
