This was extremely helpful. But are there different sizes of elements? I bought one and it’s a different size. It seemed too hot and now the fan isn’t working. I’m so frustrated with this incubator!
I put a thermometer to test for humidity and temperature inside the incubator and it was all over the place I was constantly calibrating it but it takes forever to get back to the right temperature so I ordered a new heating elements I'm waiting on that to arrive I was looking to see if I could find a new thermometer but I could not find them on eBay anywhere if you have a link it would be great I know the display panel tells me something completely different
Hi there I’ve just purchased this incubator. No matter how much or how little water I put in, I can’t get humidity above 50. Do you have any advice please. I am hatching geese so I need it up around 80. The alarm is driving me nuts also! Thanks in advance.
Hi i have the same incubator as you have. I was wanting to replace the thermostat and the thermometer but i can seem to find them anywhere online to buy. Can you help me please. Plus i have no idea how to replace them. Is there any chance you could do a video on how to change them please
I have links for the element in the comments, I have seen the thermometer on Ebay, they are not always on. Some have clips for the thermometer, other you have to cut and splice wires.
Hi I have the same Chinese incubator. On the front it says 195-245 Volts. The fan is 12 volts. What voltage heater element should I buy please? Thanks Rich
Hello ,I bought HHd 96 eggs incubator, power 120 voltage 195 to 245 voltage ,when incubator running few days it's getting high temperature ,if I will change heating element please suggest me to right heating element I m greatful for help .Thank you Abu
Hi Joseph, do you know if I can change the heating element for one of higher wattage or put 2 of 80 watts ? We find that the 80 watts unit sometimes is not strong enough for cold days in London
I would bet trying to run two heating elements would toast the wire feeding them. I have not tried to do so. I have used a 100w element in them with no problems which will help to keep temperatures stable in colder weather.
Hey Joseph. I have a similar incubator, but with a coil type heating element. Everything works good until I take eggs out of turner, and disconnect at day 15 for my quail. Then the temp spikes and unstable. Any ideas? TIA
Not really, sounds like a hard problem to corner if it is intermittent like that. I would look at the thermostat or heating element as it surely has to be one of them. Not sure why it would have this problem like you describe unless the thermostat is screwy, taking the turner out shouldn't cause the temperature to vary. Latter in incubation chicks do start to have some body heat, so if they are kept in a hot room that could also be causing the problem as the temperature could clime even with the heating element off.
The temperature of my incubator like this from the very start it increases until it rises from 40.5.then alarm follows and I stop the alarm. After that the temperature blinking to 40.5But I set it to 37.5.What is the problem of my incubator?
help please, how do I set the temp? I guess its set at 38.8 after that the alarm goes off. how do I turn the alarm off? thank u any help would be appreciated
It may vary but there is a set button, first time it is pressed usually sets the temp and it can be adjusted up or down using the +/- buttons. The alarm parameters can also be set for humidity and temp using the set button. Pressing the set button will also temporarily silence the alarm. Each time the set button is pressed will cycle to a different setting.
I haven't figured out how to set the perimeters yet. I stumbled onto setting the temp. the alarm goes off sometimes and I don't know why cause the temp and humidity look fine. over all the 4 days iv had it most the time the temp has held. but the egg turner is not working. iv tried several ways it bearly turns them. I'm off today so ill work on that some more. any suggestion would be appreciated. thanx
J L I don’t know how to use it the Manual is not that helpful sometimes the humidity alarm goes off sometimes the temperature one is there some way you can contact me and help me set it up ?
This is a great video Joseph. Thank you for that. I found the aliexpress site with the elements: www.aliexpress.com/item/32932188069.html?spm=2114.12057483.0.0.1b58e1b7qLZnUO. It shows three options : 12V, 110V and 220V. I cannot find in the specs which one I should use. In the Netherlands we are on 220V, but i do not know if there is a conversion to 12V. How can I found out which one I should use?
If you have found any of my videos helpful please use my Ebay affiliate link: ebay.us/pOuT1d

Mine doesn't have that sticker@@JL-by4xu

If it is getting too high of a temp than your heating element is working, the thermostat is the likely problem
@@JL-by4xu do I need to change thermostat, if I don't find same thermostat I have now what should I do .Thank you Abu
I guess the link dont work anymore...where did he get the heating element from?
I can't find the links to buy the new heating element. I think this is the problem with mine. It will only go up to 35, and i need it at 37.5. Halp!

Hi just got this incubator and I set the humidity to 60 and for no reason the alarm goes off and shows the humidity number flashing
Have you added water? The humidity isn't automatic, when you set the humidity to 60 the alarm will go off anytime humidity is below 60%

What is your hatch rate with this incubator
Not as good as an Rcom, but they are 1/8th the price.
I get 100-95 percent hatching with this incubator.

what is model name

RCom, or if they are regular eggs these incubators in the video are fine.

what is the problem is the screen doesn't turn an the fan does then the will come on the show nothing but 88
That I am not sure of, I would suspect a short in the circuit board.
