You have to look at it objectively, look at your website as if you don't want to use your company. If there aren't any key points that you see that will sway your decision than it would be worth thinking about. You can also get a handful or two people who arent associated to the business to write a pro and con list.
It'll get broken down into 3 parts, depends how much information you provide prior to the meeting. P1: Introduction and a breakdown of what/how your business is doing. P2: My findings and first look opinion/research and obvious things that need changing. P3: Discuss the future of the business, goals and how I can help you.
If that was supposed to say Q&A. I really want to but they are better live and would need a lot of viewer participation so will be a goal for 10,000 subscribers perhaps? But it's definitely something I want to do in the future.

Youre right about the excercise thing, i go for a short quick run every morning to clear my head for the day
