Since this song was introduced to me (thank you Sky & Shania), it quickly became a favorite of mine. Not only is it fun to sing, but it is also super empowering! It hits so close to home, it's like the song was written specifically for me!
As many of you know, I've been heavy all my life, and in the entertainment field - was told that I'm not pretty enough, not tall enough, not of the right race, etc. One day, I completely stopped listening to everyone's opinion and did what made me happy. I prayed and followed my heart. I became MY biggest cheerleader and that is why - AMAKABOGERA - will most likely be my swan song. I hope you enjoy this song as much as I do.
