I believe Momoland is an underdog type of group. They had a rough start but if you put all the events in chronological order, you will see how they seem to be improving as well as MLD Entertainment too. Both MLD and Momoland seem to be improving despite losing 2 artists (Yeonwoo is an actress under MLD her most recent K-drama was "Touch" and is currently filming an unknown film or show as well as being in commercials). I think if you were to compare 2 of their years to see such thing it would be:Their 2018-2019(not counting Thumbs Up!) Years vs 2020(Thumbs up till now), Both Management and sense of ideas have changed. Ahin and Jane (I think) Were able to release their song Starry Night that they had written for us fans along with ChiriChiri(never heard until now), Pinky Love (Korean ver.) and their new comeback TBA this summer or fall. I wish them the best

Anyway I actually really love baam (the song and choreo) even though I came to it long after the fact, and I actually like it more than bboom bboom out of context but the cultural stereotyping aspect in the mv was really unfortunate. And you’re right it seems to have been a misstep in terms of building a fan base. Actually wrt bboom bboom’s video the small references to diet culture bugged me too but I obviously don’t hold it against the girls either and it clearly made sense in the context of tv shopping channel type parody.

I think The Downpour of Momoland is only for reducing members.People can't hate Momoland for long time but some Daisy and Taeha fans were felt sad and leave Momoland because of MLD

The struggle in entertainment industry is really hard. It seems all happy but I realised they are paid to keep a smiling face whatsoever . Paying $60000 (1000 won~= $1) as entry fee for survival show is just pure evil Along with the cut throat competition to Debu at such vulnerable age of 16-20 would be really tough for them. Their hardship are incomparable.
This makes me respect them more than anything.

What's left of Momoland just got SUPREMELY STABBED IN THE BACK by MLD management. MLD just got a FIVE MILLION DOLLAR cash injection from HNH (Bugs) for 33% of MLD Management, and decided to invest the money in a NEW BOY GROUP that will debut in December (which means they've been working on this all summer while Momoland is doing mukbang and makeup videos). The ladies worked hard to get MLD to the position where they could get an investment,and THIS is how they repay them. First they dropped Daisy for having a boyfriend (WTF?). Then Taeha got P*ssed because she wasn't getting paid.Then they fired Yeonwoo for going on a Korean TV show and saying she hoped she wins the jackpot because she hadn't gotten paid and she'd like to buy some MEAT so she can have a decent meal. Big Hit believed and stuck by BTS for SEVEN YEARS before they broke worldwide. BTS just had an ONLINE concert where they sold 114 MILLION tickets at a MINIMUM of $45.00 each. They just made FOUR BILLION DOLLARS off of ONE SHOW! Momoland OT9 could have been just as great if MLD management didn't have their heads up their rear ends. They should have taken that money, put OT9 BACK TOGETHER, and invested in songwriters,choreographers and promotion for Momoland. There's a saying in the American South that fits for business,sports,and entertainment...."When you go to a party,you dance with who brung ya". Momoland got MLD to this point,and now they're getting sh*t on.
That announcement made me so mad, the audacity of MLD astonishes me! How are they debuting a new group when they can't even manage their existing one?
