Not a model but I agree with that last chapter about fitting. I do television here in my country and the live talkshows always gave me the sweaty palms and twitches but yes, it became very normal after a while. You just have to keep doing and take charge.

Apply potato juice twice a day. Do it at least 3 weeks u will see difference
Baking soda mixed with lemon juice. Use as face mask a few times a week.
Very underestimated is core strength. Just work out your core, abs lower back etc. That makes such a difference in walking.
I'm not a model but I walk like a model when I walk from school to house hahaha
