You slice the lime in the jalapeño but you buy pre-minced garlic, pre-diced onions and use a cooling rack as a extruding press. You could just use your kitchen knife and save the cost.
Learn to cook properly. Garlic from a tube? Cilantro should be fresh chopped by you as should the onion. The rack is silly. You’ve already halved the avocado so just scoop it out with a spoon. Good grief.

What disappointing guacamole that will be! Three unneeded ingredients and one wrong one. Wrong amounts and wrong size dice for tomatoes & onions. • 3 ripe avocados, mashed. • 1/3-1/2 ripe beefsteak or regular tomato (not Roma, you want the acid), finely chopped. • 1/4-1/3 medium white onion, small chop. • Juice of one lemon. • Salt to taste. That is ALL. Taste as you go Garlic will ruin it. So will jalepeños. Cilantro seems besides the point when the guac is good. Save the lime for garnish and for the margaritas. You won’t regret eating my recipe.
