- Here is my ride on Demons Revenge at The International Balloon Fiesta Bristol.
I was just saying to my friend before I rode it,how this sort of travelling ride is all front views and nothing inside.But this one was OK I didn't expect it to drop quite so fast in the last dark part,this caught me out and made it a really good experience,so much better than I expected !

Anything that advertises itself as 'spine chilling' on the side of it, you know it's going to be disappointing.

It's not often you see a triple decker ghost train in the states and the only suspended dark rides that I know of is at Disneyland. Only the older dark rides that have refurbish still have their crash doors.Even fewer have periods of total drakness which get me nervous more that anything else.

that is neat here in the US they have only 1 floor haunted house rides and that mini drop is worth it to me but makes me curious if a roller coaster type thing is the the right format/setting to be scared or horrifying
This is why I dream of building and running a ghost train- I hate the rides where as soon as you've parted with your money things go downhill. That isn't showmanship, Look at the ghost train at brean, my favourite. That was built by a true showman, the ride there makes sure you come off scared!

Where the 'scary' ride was supposed to be at our local fair last year, there sat an "Avatar" movie ride...I'm not kidding...

You know what they think they can make a big ride full of fake things and call it a ghost train? But you know the only ghost train I ever got scared on? (Its been years and I still remember it) was a tiny shit one where it was pitch black and a guy in a scream mask chased our cart! He tapped my shoulder, jumped out on us and even screamed and ran at us and chased us out our carts as we got out. Fake stuff can't beat real stuff.

Let's count the copyrighted characters on this ride: Casper (along with the Ghostly Trio), Gollum, and Ghostface. And those are just the ones I could actually see.

@MegaSackboy16 I carry a camera around a lot these days but sometimes I just want to enjoy a ride,and just my luck thats when something happens.
Sorry but that reminds me our own in greece,they probably removed all the props from inside for having less scares.

when u said on this god i nearly fell out reminded me that when me and the other half went up to blackpool this here we went on the ghost train at pb and we aint the lightest ppl in the world so we did say to the operator should we split up and go in seperate cars but he said no its ok. well when we got to the small drop we come up the other side slightly too fast and as the car turned by the mirror it lifted of the floor and i hit the wall i had to push us off the wall and back on the track :-{
A "Ghost" Train usually has animatronics... this was mostly outisde going up and down slowly.

On the 23rd - 27th june, in a small town called lytham st annes which is just near blackpool, there is a ghost train and i wonder if u could do a POV??????

@manniwelsh I had the same thing happen a few years back on the Blackpool one I always have to remember to sit on the right hand side of the car or that happens.Just like me you pushed it back,but what would have happened if the next car would have hit you then the ones after would stop on the ramp...eek.
