This car has a counter balanced wheel. Visible in the competition pics. Which means it isn't balanced properly. Its not a proper dynamic balance. The quantity of weights applied is also excessive. Possibly indicative of a problem!?
wouldn't that just mean there might be a slightly bent wheel or hard spot in the tyre? I don't think it means much if it's just weights, since it might not mean anything significant, we cannot determine if there is a problem without looking at the balancing results / readout. And even then some readouts aren't even accurate. I had my new BRZ 'balanced' at the dealer during a service, and the results said it was out of balance quite severely. Then when I took it to a tyre shop, they just said the dealer didn't do the measurements correctly and fudged the machine.
I love supercars like any man.. but builds like this are what I would rather see! Always loved rally and touring cars .. a realistic car for most of us!
I'd urge anyone to own a Subaru if they get the chance, yes constant maintenance is a hassle but once you get on top of them they are the best cars in the world.
I adore mine but it's a stretch to call them the best in the world, they're definitely niche. You have to be a bit nuts to dump money into an EJ to the point you're actually competing with reasonably sorted German tuner cars.
Ive got a 12 plate sti but this is kinda lost its noise man.. they handle amazing tho. If a😊ny1 owns 1 they will no what i mean when i say this... no its limets... if u can find it 😅
