Instead of stew have obe ata,don't fry it..it must also have just little pepper & more tomato.
For tea,ovaltine is the best.
The rest are okay.

You can but milk just temporally soothe the pain but sometimes milk also causes your stomach to produce more acid and digestive juices & makes it worse
