    How you calcule R1=728 Ohms ?????? Because 8/((.05/50)+.001)= 8Volts/ 2mA= 4000 Ohms

    Better to use opamp as feedback element for good current regulation and Low voltage drop.

      you can take any BJT, that can handle the desired current, for example a S8050

    Hi sir
    Nice to explain but I have one question regarding R1 in previous vdo u had sujjest VBE (0.7÷0.05) ,,how u select resistor value
    In ckt which value of v & i ,we have to consider when selecting the resistor.

    are we have TL431 analogs with low Vfb? I mean approximately Vfb 0.5 V...

    videos are very rich and full of content and good references as well. only hard to follow up with the narrator and possibly if you use any of those AI speak programs will make it a more versatile and huge viewer as well. hope no offense was taken and no doubt the channel admin is a very knowledgable person.

    R1 should be 4k according to your calculation sir.

      Your comment is true. R1= 8 / { ( IL / hfe)+İka} R1=8 / 0.002 = 4000R .If the current flowing through the Tl431 is 1 mA, this value will be 4000 ohms. But I think the friend meant 100 mA in the formula.

      @@elektronikhobim6903 nope, the friend calculated with 10 mA --> 8 V / 0,011 mA = ~727 Ohm :-)

    • @stefanmoser4348
      @stefanmoser4348 3 месяца назад

      yes, it can. for R2 you take 3 resistors 47 Ohms in parallel, for Q1 a BD135 or BD137

    there are some gain parameters for tl431 right. how you calculated

    • @FoolishEngineer
      @FoolishEngineer  3 года назад

      We don't need to calculate any gain parameters here, the TL431 is working as a comparator.

    Hi, i have a question, Does all three constant current regulator you upload here will reduce voltage receieved by load to achieve desired current? I want to keep the voltage same as input even when the load has less resistance and the current increases. Thank you

    • @FoolishEngineer
      @FoolishEngineer  3 года назад
