Bmw Vanos is like Vtec, or vvt it Adjusts intake or intake and exhaust cam timing. Disa is manifold system.
The vtec everyone's talking about is the VVL type, not VVT.
I guess changing the profile changes the timing too, but the vtec effect comes from the change in valve lift.
probably a good reason why old 202 reds always seem to love number 5 cylinder
Beautiful work! hopefully one day I’ll get ditch the homemade trash for one of these! And the comment’s lol love how people can sit there and criticise a terminology slip up or simply mixing up a word especially based on all the knowledge and experience the internet has provided them! never owned your products but seen plenty on car’s dominating the strip! Looks and proof of performance and ozy made is reason enough for me to endorse them!

Mate this video is gold. Intake manifold for dummies. Rb30 NA motor with 2.5 extractors all the way are there any intake or barra ( or what ever) i can put in

Cabos is variable CAM timing…. not variable runner volume/length!
Have the top half pleniums been flow tested ? Do they give equal flow to each cylinder

A lot of misinformation in this video, vanos doesn't vary runner length, it changes camshaft timing.
That manifold also has a plenum, can't understand why do you say plenum is only for stock runner, plenum is a air reservoir used on stock and modified runners...
Disa is what changes the runner length(for BMW)
