The blunderbuss is a 17th to mid-19th century firearm with a short, large caliber barrel which is commonly flared at the muzzle, to help aid in the loading of shot and other projectiles of relevant quantity or caliber. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by Rockstar Games. The game is the third entry in the Red Dead series and a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption.

People all over the world still use Lee-Enfields, Colt 1911's, Makarovs, older model AKs, Browning machine guns. 50+ year old weapon designs are nothing. A lot of people in the 'wild west' still used blackpowder.

My Blunderbuss is appearing as a double barrel, help.
You need ScriptHook RDR2 and Lenny's Mod Loader to install correctly. If your API is set to DirectX 12, change it to Vulkan and see if that helps.
Now we need its undead nightmare reload animation and make it vaporise targets on hit

How to install? I’m having trouble installing this mod
Download ScriptHook RDR2 and Lenny's Mod Loader, and move all files from both of them into your game directory. To install the mod, you need to put the mod files into a folder called "lml" that will be in your game directory.
