Secure boot is enabled in my bios but it's not active on windows but after I restore the Factory Keys it works on me.

Note:
if the secure boot mode says Standard already and you still hadn't enabled secure boot and you enabled it, it will not work
to fix this enable secure boot first
then set the secure boot mode to custom disable it secure boot again then turn on secure boot again then make the secure boot mode to standard and it will now say user or setup as long no active it will work
now go to system information and it should tell that your secure boot is now enabled or on

check if your partition is MBR or GPT
To switch from Legacy to UEFI, you need to change the partition from MBR to GPT.
After reboot, the computer goes to BIOS and switch to UEFI, then you should be able to configure secure boot.
