@@Colton_Marten You are right, but they shouldn't have to. No police officer in the UK has ever died in a raid. The US, well I don't know the exact figures but you don't have to be a genius to hazard a guess or even find hundreds of cases where that has happened.
As an American, I’m surprised dear didn’t break the door down and raid the house, except it was a handful of regular officers that just walked in
Perfectly legal for them to be filmed, out in public or in private. I think they blur the faces, as they are innocent until proven guilty. So it could be a form of slander until that's been investigated and someone has been sentenced. But other than that...4:23...no mate, you've got no right not to be filmed.

Actually they have to protect the allegded because of a 1952 case which saw an innocent man jailed for a crime he didn't commit - It spawned a series and film called the Fugitive which was one of 2 series actually finishing their planned story line - they are trying to avoid a case of 'Media Trial' where they say a jury may be already considering the allegded as already guilty before hearing the facts and making as fair and unbiased decision of a persons guilt or innocence based on those facts... the case was eventually over turned due to the fact that that at the time the allegded did not receive a fair trial, since then they try to avoid contamination and cases over turned due to 'Trial by Media' * let us be honest we all want to see the scumbags go down and waiting due process is costly but necassary as some Solicitor is going to make money out of simply freeing even the most obvious cases of guilt so really we need the system and protection of even the vile of scummers so they can be safely placed in a cell for what ever time the judge decides - I am not sure how much compensation that guy in the 1952 case got but he was wrongly jailed for 20 years I believe.
Most TV programs do blur faces without them signing a form anyway because then the person in the film can make a complaint, then the TV show has to be taken down, edited and possibly put back up. Just like RUclips videos, they have this same feature.
@@LixxxF Depends who the person is with the face blurred out. You can film a documentary in a public town centre which includes peoples faces without any permission from the people you are filming and they have no grounds for complaint or for their faces to be blurred, generally speaking. TV cameras pick members of the public up in the background everyday, in documentaries, news reports, during sport broadcasts.. etc. "Most of them" are definitely not blurred because it is unnecessary work. RUclips has no policy on using peoples faces without permission in public places either. Typically, only on your own property do you have a right not to be filmed other than by law enforcement. Never in Public. If a face is blurred out on a documentary for example, it is usually for a reason which may be a legal reason...or because the production company are doing it as a courtesy but it definitely isn't law and none of us have a right to not be filmed in public.
