Sometimes I imagine the characters having to do this everytime they make their specialty. Then I make them cook 100 of their food to collect their specilties.
As an Indian, I can tell you that the chicken you made is called chicken kadahi, and here we marinate chicken with 15-16 different kinds of spices with yogurt. It tastes good with the combination of butter and garlic naan. Also, adding blueberry jam into the lassi is a great idea. I used to add mango crush to the lassi for taste before lmao.(I am interested in cooking dishes too btw)
It’s cool to see another Indian besides from me that likes to watch genshin foods! since I don’t live in India lol. But yeah, I made strawberry lassi with pakooras but I think mango lassi would suit better for the taste :)

I guess it varies cus every culture has its unique foods, so cooking techniques and ingredients are gonna be harder for people who don’t cook that style daily to obtain XD like for me everything in liyue is similar to what my family usually eats already so it wouldn’t be hard for us to cook it!

As a south asian this food really do be buzzin cool! looks super tasty and awesome. i can eat it all day with naan (aka the flat bread) YUMM I will tell my mom to cook it. (if this a turkish food or what doesn't matter cuz we south asians also made this similar food that could be eaten with naan or rice)
That's quite a creative and fitting name. "Aboul' " reminds me of "Aboule" in french, slang to ask someone to show, trade, pay with or give a large quantity of goods. We also tend to shorten certain words by a letter, replacing it by an apostrophe when used in an informal setting, like "where you at"= "tu es où"--> "t'es où". Great take on the dish, it really is like the original.
I only just realized that lamp-dish is a dessert. When I initially saw it, I thought it would function more like an addition to the chicken. I see you followed a mix between an actual butter chicken recipe and what's mentioned in the butter chicken description. (Like the fact you used flatbread naan instead of rice because that was mentioned in the delicious variant.) I know the game image isn't always exact- but I feel like the oil content needs to be lessened in order to get that almost one-color gravy consistency seen in the game.

5g garlic
130g onion
40g cooking oil
110g canned tomato
9g mixed spice (sth like curry?)
5g salt
1~2pcs laurel (curry leaves?)
120ml water
Sauce:
180g plain yogurt
30ml milk
25g sugar
blueberry jam (to taste)
Id eat it with some rice too, but still looks delicious and just incredibly faithful to the original image
