  • Reading the temperature using a DS18B20 is easy even when doing it the 'hard way' by communicating directly with that device. Using the Dallas Semiconductor library makes it child's play.
    So you have a fishpond, or swimming pool, or casks of beer or something else you want to monitor the temperature of? Or multiple things you'd like to monitor? Or just be informed when the temperature of those items goes outside of your preset High and Low limits?

    Additionally we have a very brief chat about the Sparkfun CAP1188 breakout touch sensor, which I'm using with a Leonard (of sorts) to control something on my PC. Dive in and have a look.
