Hey, so little note here I wanted to address something I communicated incorrectly...The comic was of birdie and another individual not the seventeen year old I mentioned before. like I said this video is more jumbled thoughts than anything. There is alot more I want to cover in a much more detailed and educated way in my next video...
I am 100% going to be touching more on the situation between birdie and synni because it is genuinely not okay....

Something else you got wrong is the 14 year old didn’t own the oc named boy, the oc named boy was owned by a different minor (16 y/o) and their the one who stated they weren’t comfortable with all this

I really hope Birdie is able to find a better living situation soon. As much as I'm not a fan of Birdie, I really wouldn't wish this upon anyone. Especially with the things I've heard that he went through under Synni's roof.

I mean 18/19 with 17 isn’t a big deal, you’d probably find people in those age ranges out on the streets dating and there’d be no police around to scold them nor dictate their lives. But yes 20 and 14 is inherently predatory. It is grooming and hebephilia
I think using whether or not it would matter on the streets as a point of reference isn't really great here, since synni has a reputation and a fanbase. Contacting fans and being inappropriate with them is predatory, even if they are only a few years younger than you. And unfortunately, she was forgiven thanks to the age gap not being that big and she went and did it again but with a younger child. She knew what she was doing and used her status to do it

Like when people get obsessed with “under 18” and how the laws work in the US, they act like a year of a difference makes someone full on adult and don’t even bother to explain what makes 18 so special of a milestone (even though scientists don’t say that it is and that becoming that mature starts sometime during year 16). Like if Synni was like 15-16 and the other person was 14-15, would you be treating it similarly?
@TheCanaaniteUnionist 17 year olds are children, they are legally deemed and seen in the eye of law as children, and altho yes, 17 w/ a 18 / 19 year old is not predatory and is legal especially w/ the Romeo and Juliet law, that person could've still went under some form of manipulation/ abuse

i suggest you do more research into the term "predator" (also "groomer.") having a significant age gap is only one of the possible factors that go into defining that act. the main defining issue in synni's situation with the 17 year old is the dynamic between an extremely popular person vs. someone who's clearly an impressionable fan of theirs. the 14 year old is obviously a more cut-and-dry case & that is definitely leaning towards being both
What I was about to comment. While the age gap might not be seen as an issue, there is still a power dynamic because of the audience that Synni has, that plus the person being a fan means they are likely to be more impressionable.
This video is very flawed, not well informed and serves little purpose but spread uneducated opinions.
This is not me being hateful but this situation is very serious and when you have a platform, no matter how big, and especially if that is primarily made of young people, which I assume is the case here, you cannot allow yourself to go around spreading information that is only going to make discussion around the topic harder to have.
Please do some more research and next time, you might also want to script your video.

I believe I worded what I wanted to say incorrectly, again this was more me rambling while I had time yesterday. I meant more so that synni is not a “pedo” in that instance as far as groomer or predator she could be given the power dynamic being imbalanced. Thank you for your input I plan to add specific definitions in my final video covering this
Exactly. Hell, even the 17 yo victim themself said it wasn't the age gap that was the problem (17 and 19 isn't that far in age and life stage afaik), the problem was Synni was a bigger content creator with some influence and popularity and the 17 yo was a fan of her's, that's where the power imbalance is in this case.
predators isn't just a pedophilia, grooming only thing, in that case, Synni reached out to a 17 year old and interacted with the fan inappropriately which is already bad and morally wrong and I already view that as predatory because Synnis intentions with that 17 year old was to obviously lure them in since they where a fan ehich mad ethem more vulnerable and Synni is clearly creating a fanbase so she can lur ein fans and do god awful things so she can manipulate and take advantage of them and use them for disgusting deplorable shit, which is predatory behavior.

Okay, I'll try to summarize this as quickly as I can. I skimmed both documents, it took like 2 hours, and I had trouble reading it as I don't have a computer, so please, bear with me. I will try to put these in chronological order, but I am not someone who took part in the situation, so I don't know all the details.
•Synni drew and sent a comic about Birdie r*ping her to the 17 year old, right before they moved in together. Jack did not know about this, but probably would have moved in anyways, because he would have otherwise been homeless.
•Synni would make comments about, poke, and grope Birdie. She talked about how he was kinda her ideal partner, physicality wise? Birdie is aroace and gay, meaning that if it would feel attraction to anyone, it definitely wouldn't be her.
•Synni became obsessed with a minor's fnf ocs, who she constantly sexualized and made lewd art of, with herself in it.
•She made a comic where one of them graphically r*ped an evil version of Sans. If anyone knows about the aus and doesn't know who it was, it was Nightmare.
•Synni constantly sexualized the characters so much that it made the creator of the ocs so uncomfortable they labeled them as aroace and blocked her. She kept doing this despite being told off constantly.
•Synni felt it was okay to send all of this to a child because the child would talk about how hot she was when she posted lewd art, I think? This quickly escalated into her begging them to make p*rn for her based on scenarios she thought up due to her hypersexuality. Eno still has no idea how to feel. Eno is the 14 year old.
•Synni would talk about sex and how horny she was often. It was a rule in the server to not talk about it, but because she was the creator, people were too scared to tell her off. This is normalizing sexual conversations between adults and children, making it grooming.
Eno wants to make it clear that they don't think Synni is a p*dophile. Synni had groomed them, but not because she was interested in them, but rather their art.

Hii I just wanted to correct some information, the NSFW art channel is not existant, instead she had a normal art channel where she posted stuff she shouldn't have, and there were 2 seperate servers with minors and her being innapropriate, mostly in not her main one. minor correction, the 14 year old is not the creator of the character synni ships herself with ! theyre from sock.clip, who synnibear never had a friendship with due to synni disrespecting her boundaries and sock.clip blocking her over it. the creator was 16 when she started though i believe, so it doesn’t change much. just to help add context :]
sockclip turned 18 rather recently and the situation with the anonymous child was also recent so i feel it’s useful information to add, though it doesn’t change much it’s something to note

I have a couple of questions about this drama: why couldn't the victim move on? is it worth making an exposé video about the youtuber or popular person who tortured for years? maybe it's worth starting a new life from scratch and not saying anything about it?
@@dasha-lapata it’s important to address so it doesn’t happen again. And something I miscommunicated in my video is that the victim was 14 and being sent inappropriate conversations by a 20 year old. This happened as recent as a month ago. It’s not past news, and to prevent it from happening again synni needed to be exposed

I’m glad you emphasised that Synni needs to seek help, what she did was vile & disgusting but I feel like people forget that the best outcome is preventing something like this happening again.
I hope Birdie & the victim are able to heal from this, it’s such a rough situation they deserve some peace. 🤍
