Do you need to use KSAs? In your first video you talked about Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills. I have read different things on answering it as Knowledge, Skills, Abilities.
My profile, it is asking about a contractor who is currently working for the federal government. My answer is no because when I work in the government it was in 1995.
I arrived to the USA 5 years ago and unfortunately I don't have any relevant work experience in the country because I've had to do different activities in order for me to survive. The relevant work experience I have is abroad and the resume builder doesn't let me include that experience. What suggestions do you have for me? thank you in advance.
Hi Jessica, I am VERY interested in a role in a that based on the questionnaire, requires you to have experience completing Federal forms for employee benefits. I have experience working in benefits, but not for the Federal sector. Would it be a stretch for me to complete the application and get referred for an interview?

I had to create my profile again, but I do not know if, I need to add a federal employee with citizen and recent graduate.
