Ms Jessica, Amazing! That sumes up my view of you and what you do. You are the military transition team member we all wanted but but did not get. I binge watched your videos tonight and learned a lot but Im going to stop now and watch #4 tomorrow. But fear not, I have my eyes open for your next vids on the horizon. Restfully, Col K

Thank you for providing all this free information. I have a pretty good grasp on what is expected thanks to your videos.
I know in a previous video you said gaps of employment are not a big deal in federal sector. I was in the military for 10 years, transitioned out 3 years ago and have already worked 3 or 4 jobs but only for a few months at a time. I also have been working on a bachelors during this time as well.
The outline format makes a lot of sense but leaves me with a few questions. I'm looking at a federal position that requires experience handling storing, transporting, and testing ammunition, hazmat, and chemical weapons which I do have from the military, and requires some knowledge of hand tools which I have from another job. If I do list this job using outline format, should I only outline my one or two applicable duties and achievements that match up with the posted KSAs?
My military experience will align very well with their duties, qualifications, and KSAs, but all these other jobs will look bleak as they do not align with KSAs.
How should I incorporate these unrelated jobs so that I am not only discussing one job from 3 years ago?
    Thank you!

Thank you for these videos. They are so helpful. I had a questions I was hoping you'd be able to get back to me on...I am one class shy of graduating with my bachelors degree and will graduate in Dcember but the job requires a bachelors degree, is it worth even applying for if I won't meet that requirement until December or is there a way to show that although right now I don't qualify, I will soon especially because it's a questionnaire question.

If I am already a Federal Employee, do I still need to include the hours per week?
