good presentation. especially knowing our fans are hyper emotional. This season may suprise a lot of people there is no way we can have the amount of disruption this year as we have good coverage and better rotation capabilities. Fans always think they can manage the club better reality is thats why we are fans not owners/manager.
He’s a kid but has experience playing at this level. Is he counted as homegrown? Very exciting future prospect and definitely have him join us.
I believe he will count as homegrown in two years as he was signed with an English club before he was 18!

I watched a lot of him last year , he is very raw still but core is he exciting to watch . Come back to these comments in a couple of months time and lets see what people write . He is going to give spurs entertaining football trust me . Potentially a great hidden gem of a signing

Btw, the homegrown issue has been a problem over the last few years/seasons so club has been working on that. Hence an emphasis on British/English players and why we haven't shifted players like Davies & Skipp who don't quite cut it anymore. I wouldn't mind us going for Chelski boys Gallagher & Chalobah but we really don't seem to do business with the Blues

Thank you! So each Premier League club has to have a certain number of homegrown players (players born or trained in the UK) I think in this case you can have 17 non-homegrown players in your squad with a maximum squad size of 25 players, so 8 homegrown. Similar in Europe as well.
that fbref graph is when he's compared to mids. same for forwards. He is a attmid/winger so don't look at percentiles on fbref, use absolute values and compare them with the values of other good wingers

High profile transfers aren’t always guaranteed to be a success. Just look at Fernando Torres at Chelsea. But I’m sure you know more than the manager, our director of football, and our scouting department. Give it time, mate.
