Actually if you decode that binary code it'll write it out Sony cease and desist letter that they got from the dark plate 1.0

I don't know, I don't like that the other side is unfinished. Seems lazy...or like a mistake.

On the original spiderman 2 plates from sony its the same way one side is taken over fully by venom which is why its black and the other side shows venom taking over the rest of Spiderman
