Here is everything I did during the past month living off grid. I have been building the new garden, harvesting food from our permaculture cottage garden and cooking homegrown meals.
I embarked on the journey to turn our abandoned land into a green haven, building my own home, living off grid and becoming self-sufficient.
I live now in a self built cabin and everything is running offgrid. The goal for the year was to create a place more in balance with planet earth, to grow my own food and life a more self sufficient life 💛🌱🌸

Seems unbelievable to me how far you got in only 1,5 years. We are losing so much time doing nothing notable and we tend to eat food without life in it, no wonder that we get sick so easy. It is a beautiful life you are living.

Your garden is so beautiful! I love all the different crop combinations, it makes the whole place feel so dynamic. One thing that I found is helpful for drying herbs is to use rubber bands to bundle them instead of string, because they shrink as they dry and may fall out of the string. Learned that one the hard way 😂
I started my veggie garden today and I can’t wait to see how it turns out like yours!
