Dang that’s awesome. I train BJJ and one the kids only 12 had a seizure during training one day. That was one of the scariest moments I’ve experienced. She was able to keep it together and figure out a way to get him help. What an amazing person
@@enterthevoid5299 I grew up with dial up. Back then internet was the devil to my parents. They monitored me. So I would always use my friends computers or the ones at school because back then they didn't have the best security. And thanks to my parents I spent time with some officers bc I gave someone my address. I was like 15. She was 22. They tried to give her a charge. My parents went fuckin ballistic. But the video said he had never had one before so he didn't for that reason for sure. But regardless of the reason it doesn't necessarily make it right. In this instance it worked out for the best and she saved his life. But had one of them not been who they said they were it could have been I totally different news article. I don't have kids but if I did I would freak if my kid gave some random person they met online my address. Depends on the circumstances and how long they knew each other and how much research they did before hand. But yeah, maybe it was for the gifts haha. Sorry so long.
@@lindsay556 i can understand this...and todays day and age it can be scary to do that sorta thing...of course they prolly didnt give thier personnels out day 1 lol. They clearly have a great relationship and trust was built over time. At the same time...think of it as if this was your kid...and you arent home. And your kid had a siezure and the only person that knew your kid was in the situation had your personnel. You probably wouldnt give a shit if they had your birth cert...they just saved your kid lol.
@@enterthevoid5299 was so annoying haha. "You've got mail". I kept using those AOL discs for the free stuff. My mom would yell "get off the computer I need the phone!". The parents I was talking about in my previous post with my dad and stepmom. But when I would go to my mother's she wouldn't let me on a lot especially to burn CDs. It would take me like 24 hours to do one CD. I would have people pay me to do it with Kazaa, Limewire & Napster. Sometimes I would get in there and see a song that I was waiting on overnight didn't even download. I remember my parents first computer though was an IBM. It had this really loud, screeching printer but the paper had holes and was connected. I would play Leisure Larry on it all day. We've got to see some amazing evolution with cell phones and computers haven't we? Bar/bag phones, rotary/corded phones, those monstrosities we called desktops. I feel old thinking about it.
Literal tearssssss ❤️ we all have our daily gaming buddies and dream of this moment. As gamers we know the impact on our life it would be to finally meet people we talk to and bond with every single day.
As an Epileptic(that is prone to Status Epilepticus events, which is what he was having at the time) that also plays video games, I only hope that anyone that I am ever playing online against/with will do what this girl did for this young man. Bless her.
As someone who has two people, my best mates brother and a friend of mine, with seizures it leaves a lasting impression. I'm just glad I know basic first aid and could help. Bless this women.
My gosh, this made me tear up so much. She literally ran and he damn near pushed his mother out of the way to get to her; that embrace felt like they were saying "finally" that's how it is for me when I met my soulmate who I also met from video games. He lives in Puerto Rico and I live in Chicago; we were so happy to meet when he stayed with me last summer. We plan to live together next year when he finishes his last year of college and our love is so strong. ♡♡♡
It's great to see this, soo very great, I live 6mls away from Widnes and it's a very quiet place right by a bridge the Runcorn which has a bridge connecting the two places, which is a sister town to it and I heard of this from a local news website and to see these 2 get together its just brilliant, sadly I don't think it's been made major news in the UK, so great tho to see on RUclips 🙏 !
I saw the video of the phone call a few months ago, and seeing this meeting today was brilliant. She was much more emotional than I expected, what a great idea to do this.
She was putting her leg up and mounting him right on stage. He is half her size. Poor girl, she doesn't stand a chance, but she thinks that this will be her fairytale. Or poor him, he's too weak and she will get bored. One of those scenarios will play out.
Being in a seizure state can result in potentially deadly circumstances if the person is not assisted quickly. They could have a fall injury, they could choke, etc.
Seizures that are first time (ie no known cause), lasting longer than five minutes, and two or more seizures in a row without a return of consciousness between them are life threatening medical emergencies. You should really go and do a first aid and CPR course. You can learn the knowledge you need to save someone’s life! These things are so important to know. Take care, friend.
This was an amazing moment, huge thanks to Tamron Hall Show for making it possible for me to meet Dia in person. 🙂
Hope your seizures are more under control now Aidan. Good luck with the future mate, hope u still speak. James Norfolk UK
How are you doing?
hope you are healthy.
Hope you're doing well, brother! ❤️ Stay safe and healthy.
As a mom, I'm so glad you have a friend who saved you. All round goodness.
She started running as soon as she saw him and I lost it 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Also, people who say online friendships aren't genuine need to watch this.
They should have started making out
That boy damn near pushed his momma off that stage to get to Dia. Lol ❤️ 😆
She is so relieved he's ok! What presence of mind she had to be able to maintain calm and get him help. She has the makings of a 911 dispatcher.
The face Dia made when she entered the room was eye tearing.
Did you mean "eye watering"? Eye tearing sounds horrible.

I felt that hug!!! Oh my gosh
That was probably the best hug ever!
Bet mom was like, thanks for savin my son but why she got our address
To send presents? Or maybe he gave it to her jic this happened...like its not uncommon for friends to do this lol

Gameranx
gaming friends are real friends
Idk her name but the lady with hoop earrings well they look great
Why doesn’t he have a service dog
Most countries require a firm diagnosis before getting one due to service dogs needing selective training.
Not to mention, some people have allergies and might not be able to live with a dog.
Gamers, we love gamers
Lesson here buy a good speaker
My question is how the hell she knew his address if they never met
Well they're probably good friends on the internet she said herself she's known him for a while and he probably shared his address with her
Maybe they have sent each other gifts like for birthday's etc. I use to live with a gamer, she talked to her online friends more than me😂
So they know each other VERY well.
I'm here from TikTok
So lovely.. Not putting a downer on this but would have been nice if she said Hi to the mum..

A seizure is not deadly
where did you learn that?
