Omg!!! Hell yes! As a dancer , this places the rhythm and encore straight into the audience's lap and allows the dancer to demonstrate the pure embodiment of a rhythm. Absolutely brilliant use of applause and encore. a true connection between audience dancer and music. I am instant fan. Thank you Esmeralda for the inspiration!!!!
Im so impressed with the lyrical And rhythmic interpretation you demonstrate even before the improv audience interaction. Awesome. Thank you for sharing your vision and love of the art of dance.
Art is a space of non judgement. Everyone can express their ideas and feelings as they want. That is what dance and art is about. If you are open enough in your mind you will learn this. Btw, she is clearly influenced by Suraya Hilal style. Maybe you don't know her and there is nothing wrong with not knowing. Just with judging. 😍
@@Ishana_Intuitive I am aware of Suraya el Hilal, I studied with one of her students for two years. Too many puritanical prohibitions for my taste and not nearly as "authentic" as she made it to be, as she purged it to be acceptable to those who thought dance sinful. At that time I had bought 4 DVDs of her performances (which I didn't watch more than twice), and a double CD. She herself was an awesome interpreter, as for her style there are important things she has brought to the table and her contributions are valuable but she's not the raqs sharqi bible by any means. For me, I prefer watching Fifi Abdo any time. Yes, Esmeralda's performance was brilliant, fascinating and we all love her, but I agree with the O.P. that she often does go overboard. (Something like what Gabriella Ferri has done to Roman traditional songs). "Over-interpretation" one could call it. It lacks the effortless ease of Egyptian dancers like Fifi and others, the organic way in which movement seems to come out of them. AND! Each person has the right to judge and to offer his/her opinion. Who are you to deny this right?
One of my absolutely favourite non Egyptian dancers.

Anyone knows the Music's name please?
Ya bint el sultan
Wow
😂😂😂demaisssss
É perfeita né?❤
😅😅😅😅
Всё ровно Оксана Базаева лучше танцует она просто супер ни кто с ней несравнивается
What is this!? This is not Raks Baladi 😅😅😅😅😅
Too much fragmentation. Baladi requires more organic movements and seamlessness
Just like the music. Sinewy and flowy
