  • Artist Hamilton Glass challenges 30 artists from different cultural backgrounds to collaborate on 16 murals in Richmond, VA about race, status and experiences. The film shows how the artists got to know each other through difficult conversations, how working together ultimately opened their eyes and hearts to the differences between all of us, and how these murals became a symbol of hope.

It is beautiful that our people and their art are being showcased and talked about - BUT our Loval VPM srill needs to deal with some internal racism and discrimination - within VPM - which I witnessed first hand. It needs tk to be addressed correctly.

I am not sure if there will ever be and end to racism, it is just to engrained in a society that values power and money. I wish we never integrated, we should have fought for equal protetion under the law and in education. Black people lost their identity because of integration.

God loves ALL people; Anytime one person thinks they are better than another person (because of skin color, hair texture, occupation, wealth, history) - that is an EVIL spirit! Obviously God loves diversity because he created us ALL differently?!!
Thank you for furthering the conversation around race discrimination.
    Thank you for your efforts!
Stay encouraged, because all of your efforts will have an impact.
Change starts with conversations, and this art soooo inspires that❣️❣️❣️
Great job and congratulations on the Emmy!

We are all brothers and sisters under God as I taught my children. The media is guilty of perpetuating a lot of this.

Amen; Did the fact that everyone saw the George Floyd video, soo quickly, an accident or orchestrated?!! I think orchestrated... but the what good came, from that tragedy?
White people awakening to ‘white privilege.
White people understanding a little more of what African Americans, next door, have been suffering- and also, becoming angry about it.
We must become an ALL embracing society!!!
