I am a short human, a cat lover, & a total kid at heart.
I make vlogs, try-on hauls, get ready with me, workouts etc that are mostly about fitness / weight lifting workouts & adventures with friends, family, & cat companion.
My vlogs show how I balance being in my 20s and having fun, with working out and making sure my diet and health is on point too! I like to keep a nice, toned figure!

Hi guys,
First of all,
I want to thank y’all for the kind words and comments and the understanding that I’ve received. They mean so much to me. You guys bring tears to my eyes every day and I am so appreciative to have people so loving and caring, who take time out of their day to write something positive down to make me smile.
(Or cry. SRS YALL ARE SO SWEET.)
It’s really difficult to put yourself on such a public platform and to admit your vulnerabilities.
To admit the good AND the bad that goes on.
I am still learning what is appropriate to ‘share’ and ‘not to share’, but I really do like being open.
I feel like it’s a diary and journey that I’m sharing with a bunch of friends.
I was, however, very sad that I had to defend myself against a public accusation that villain-ized me, my integrity, and my privacy from someone I love very much.
I never cheated.
Please do not speculate and fill in holes with ludicrous assumptions, this was a weird, uncomfortable experience that I went through that I should have shared with my partner.
(Yes, I have sworn off liquor. I hope to never have a black-out experience again in my life.)
I will respect his decision to end it and would ask you all to as well.
I tried really, really hard to love as hard as I could and give as much as I could to someone. It is very hard to have all of that good I have tried to do and give disregarded because of what happened.
However,
I’m still learning, every day, to be a better person, to be a bigger person,
to love harder,
learn more,
to be happy,
to stay positive even when I feel at my very lowest.
I am growing and I am so happy that you feel I am worthy to follow, to learn with, to watch me make mistakes and get knocked down, and then to continue on, and to not be bitter towards the world, but to embrace it with all of its ups and downs, its beauty and its darkness.
I truly love my life, and I am so appreciative for all that I have been given, all I have worked for, all I have received, including the respect and love of so many people around the world.
I will try harder, I will love harder, and I will keep trying to conquer the world, because that is all I can do right now.

My wife (gf at the time) and I went through something very similar involving an aquaintance I that we both knew through a mutual friend and we broke up because of this. I took a a older guy fishing since thats what I love doing and it helped to get over things. I was asked one thing by him DO YOU LOVE HER UNCONDITIONALLY?? I said I love her but she broke my heart and I cant trust her ! He says love doesnt know right or wrong.
We have a daughter together (4 yrs old at the time) and he says do you love your daughter, I said yes. Now what if you daughter steals from you, causes you heartache, makes life tough for you while raising her, do you stop loving her??? I said no and he says see if you truly love someone it has no conditions regardless of what happens or you really don't love that person to begin with. (see where Im going) ;)
People will always be people, we all aren't perfect, we all make mistakes. Do what makes ya happy and it will all workout in the end with or without him.
Yes we did/do have a daughter at the time but she had nothing to do with what was going on between us, you dont stay with someone because you have children and also we werent married at the time any of this happen! *****

Please don't blame yourself for getting too drunk. It's incredibly easy to drink more than you are used to. Knowing where your tolerance lies is a learning curve. There's a million different types of alcohol, a million different types of drinks that have different quantities in them, a million different scenarios that can affect how drunk we end up getting. Also, getting black out drunk a lot of the time has nothing to do with HOW MUCH you've had, and rather with who you are in general. Certain people get black out far easily than others. It is NEVER YOUR FAULT for how someone takes advantage of you when you are drunk. That is on THEM. We don't blame the person whose house is broken into for having a house. We don't say "well your doors were unlocked sooo .... 2 bad 4 U".

Really - is anyone perfect? ..if you can't forgive those you claimed to love - your maturity is not there yet...keep on chugging til you do. On my end - 4 kids and still with my wife and the #1 reason why it works is that you just make a solid decision to stick it out as long as the other person is willing to work it out forgiving themselves (when bad things go down) while you forgive them. We all make mistakes. Stay positive and no crazy rebounds. Just cuddle with your love ones (family) and it will heal over time. All the best.

I didn't see the other video, I don't know the whole story. But from what I see and read, I know that you're handling everything as well as you possibly can. I can't imagine feeling upset over losing someone you love and trusted to share something like that with. It's vulnerable and scary and it's not easy to even come to terms with on your own, to have a friend take advantage of you in a moment when you cannot give legitimate consent. I'm so sorry Nikki, and I'm so happy that you have shared as much as you have and feel all of the support that you feel. You deserve amazing things in life and in love. You deserve to be heard and respected.
The whole situation is tragic. I pray Christian can see that he should be supporting you through what was a horrifying experience. That's what a partner does. Yes, you lied. CG is crazy to think that there aren't guys out there even his friends that dribble and lust over you, that is one of the attractions that he himself loved about you. You were taken advantage of, its disappointing to think that CG didn't stick up for you :-( then it is hardly surprising considering his life is about him and his goals etc. You gave him balance in his life, sacrificing your own sense of wellbeing and enthusiasm for your own goals, that is love. Hey Nikki! Cat owner and pre-vet student here, since Maximus is not liking new foods being introduced to him, try doing it gradually by mixing the new food with the old and decreasing the amount of the old by the end of the week! This will also help his tummy, avoiding vomiting and what not. As far as quality brands I would recommend Blue Wilderness-Blue Buffalo, Natures Variety Instinct, Wellness. Note: Cats are true carnivores and need their protein (them gains) so refrain from high grain diets! You want to notice that the first ingredient is a protein like Chicken or Turkey (avoid anything with byproduct like Chicken-byproduct or soybean meal which indicate low quality)

I met Christian while he was building his first Gym and you both were still working out at Lifetime. I had so much respect for him and told him so. After this last break up, I lost all respect for him. He talks about being transparent and vulnerable on his videos but I don't feel it, except when you two got back together this last time. Punishment doesn't fit the crime. its too severe. you should be forgiven, not punished. that's right, you didn't cheat. you told a lie, you made a mistake, i'm sure you apologized for it. You shouldn't be punished for that. It's called LOVING SOMEONE IN A REAL ADULT RELATIONSHIP. Yes, sometimes the ones we love hurt us, but we don't punish them for it. When I'm feeling lazy or down on myself, you always seem to have the right thing to say. Your confident, and yes, I understand the heartache, but you seem so strong and confident, and that is difficult to do when your in the spotlight. You really seem fun and loving, and so down to earth that you put life into prospective and without even trying, become an awesome role model for the tons of women who follow you. It's therapeutic to verbalize the things that fill your mind. Don't ever apologize for bringing "the situation" up. Hearing you talk through the day to day struggle of all of this makes you even more relatable and is probably helping more people than you realize. It's okay to show your heart is hurting. You're so incredible! I love watching your journey including your ups & downs! We're all human & we're all trying to figure it out even us married folk. The best thing you can do is accept yourself without judgement & go forward living in the present because it's the only thing you have control over.
