I'm new to building pc's. I'm wondering shouldn't you always plug in the extra 4+4 CPU plug into the motherboard header if it has one (the motherboard in the video has one). I know that the CPU can run fine with just the one 4+4 CPU plug but if you do some overclocking or whatever (even when overclocking I think it might not use both of them but might for a short time?) isn't it always best to plug in both if you can?
why don't you answer questions? what's the point of the video then? You think you clearly explained the cpu cables but you had your thumb over the cpu and c lables on the cpu cables. therefore which one goes into the Motherboard? the side labled cpu or c?
Should the fan be facing upwards? It's confusing because if you face the fan downwards the on/off button will be upside down on this PSU. Please advise. Thanks!
If I want to turn it without motherboard, old "psu jumpstarter" switch is not working, or at least I was not able to power GPU over new 12v. (for dual PSU setup) Is there something new for ATX 3.0 to do it?
ahh new way how to kill graphics card :) now when psu dies during storm it kills gpu too, GJ! nice improvement ! what do they plan next? button on front of the case with labbel "instant burn it all !" 😒what about opto-isolation improvement of that signals and aditional protection on 12V power supply branch
Omg why cant these brands stay consistent, have the same brand power supply but different lay out, like why? Even the cords half of them arent marked the same in this video
I’m literally spend like 3 hours to se how it’s works the new atx 3.0 with a 40 series and you save my live in 4 min ❤
Thanks Sarah.. you are a very good ventriloquist 😀
I wanted to thank you because you showed me how to place all the cables where the pose to be thank you very much your friend Timothy Dunn
It's nice to see vids like these!
Thank you!!!
very high quality content thanks. good luck
Much appreciated! Thanks for watching :)

If we have two 12 volt CPU 8 pin input motherboards, where do we find the second cable?
Can you clarify which side is the PSU and which one is for the GPU for the 12vhpwr cables? They look the same to me.
Please tell me if you have determined which side is in the PSU and which side is in the GPU.

Fan should always face down into the vent at the bottom of cabinet

Hey I was wondering if it’s possible you get all this things if you buy the power supply

Dose the length, width and height of the power supply Not compatible with the case?
At around 3:17. your motherboard has 2 CPU 8-pin socket. Is it ok to connect both sockets to the PSU?
Is only 1 12+4pin cable enough to Power a rtx 4090? With a 1000w atx 3.0 Power supply?
So these install the same as the old psus but just have a added cable ?
Yep pretty much! We just wanted to do an update installation video and figured the new PSUs releasing meant it was the right time!
What case do you use in this video?
That would be our Core P3 Pro! Have a sus 👉 www.thermaltake.com.au/core-p3-tg-pro.html
