@@eyebahnrides I was just email chatting with Roger yesterday at Super 73 and it sounds like they have some fun stuff that's only available there in the showroom, so I'll definitely be heading over soon. So glad to see super73 staff having so much fun while my bike remains a paperweight because the customer support staff doesn't respond to emails. Been emailing tech support since April 11th and still no closer to getting my bike fixed.

Why is there such a rig a more roll to change the mode on the bike? Sometimes the app pairs. Sometimes not. Most of the time have to turn the bike off then turn it back on. Sometimes turn my phone off. Sometimes don't. Fix it team.
We agree that it can be a frustrating process and we’re working on streamlining it as we continue. The reason for its existence is so that we remain compliant to ever changing state and federal regulations.
Sorry for yelling and also for talking over Christiana and making y’all miss the tea.
