I'm the creator/coder of the ZeDMD and Serum colorization format and we (as Markus Kalkbrenner is now the lead coder/project owner for the ZeDMD) are really proud to see that our work to make everything cross platform makes our system compatible with such an important distribution. Thank you. David LFG aka ZeDrummer

Nice cab and great to see a virtual pin turned to actual cabinet like that. Also, having B2S and FlexDMD ported to C++ is HUGE step to cross platform compatibility! Thank you everyone who made that possible!

Exciting stuff! I'm most-likely moving to Australia next year and won't initially have a gaming PC. I have a MacMini M2 and with what you have done with the standalone I now look forward to continuing playing quality pinball. I hope there is some solution for PUP display in standalone at some point as some of my favourite tables runs with PUP including Iron Maiden Legacy of the Beast. Well done with your cabinet and thanks for all you are doing.

Super cool! I definitely would have taken the easy way out with Windows and Baller Installer though haha.

    This is Awesome Work!..
I am going to start following this with great interest.
I would like to make a suggestion to please look into the upcoming BASH BOX from Bash Gaming Studios. This sbc is making use of the same chipset (Rockchip 3588) that Atgames is actually using to power its just released 4K Lengends Pinball machine with 3 screens! (including a 4K 60hz main playfield)
A port of Linux based Batoceara running VPX Standalone under this chipset could really be a game changer for those who want to create a simple DIY setup for running VPX with multiple displays and NOT have to even think about a high end Windows PC with an expensive GPU.
    Lots of possibilities here! 😊

Have you thought of contacting the developer behind ChimeraOS to get your VP Standalone as part of that Linux OS?
