It was a summer song that you can go out with your girlfriend to the burger joint and just have it blasting your car. My grandfather passed away. I always think of him from time to time so whenever I’m in the car, I will put on Danny and the juniors at the hop to remember the good times I had with him. Miss you, grandpa

This was the best $3.00 per person admission, of my life!
When singers are talented they don't need gimmicks to draw large crowds. I was 11 years old when this song came out and I have loved it ever since. But back then the music was great too. Not like that trashy music of today.
Old music sure had a heck of a lot of energy, and raw and real all those acoustic instrument, the dance routine, and how tight these guys were. I make electronic dance music … but i like the raw energy here.

The Hollywood Hard Rock has about a three thousand seat auditorium and the first balcony was really moving up and down. Scary. The age range of the fans was about 19 to 90.
