Thanks worked for me, the problem people are having will be that theyre money wont stay on their second account, so to start 1. While online trade all your money from main account to second account 2. Exit to menu then shut down the game and switch xbox network to offline 3. Go back on the game trade money back from second to main then exit to menu then shut down game and delete the console save. 4.Start following this video and jus continue repeating the steps in the video This is what worked for me to start doing it
@@asdfqwerty271 if you're gamesharing from a different account you won't be able to start the game offline and wont be able to do this. Or you might need set you're account as home xbox
For some reason, when I followed the instructions in the video, the duplication only worked ONCE. But then I followed the instructions in THIS comment and it worked multiple times. Thank you both. Now, as for asdfqwerty's question, if you own the game digitally, yes, you need to be online in order to even play it. EXCEPT I was able to circumvent this by (1) being online, (2) starting the game, (3) waiting for the 2K games logo video, and then (4) going into settings and going offline. I'm guessing Xbox only checks to make sure your account owns the game right as the game boots up, not constantly afterward.
Lemme make sure I have this right, start split screen, go offline, give split screen money/gear, then close game, then delete split screen data, go back online, re-open game, your main should have all stuff pre-trade and split screen should have duped stuff?
make sure you quit the lobby so it saves then close the game do this all offline then go into saves delete the save from the console that you traded all your stuff from going back online load up the game and everything should work just gotta make sure you quit to lobby before closing game
Some people are messing up so I will try to explain this the best I can you are tricking the game by messing with the cloud save so what happens is when you load up the cloud save will have everything so when you go offline the cloud save is no longer active meaning you are now using locale save, and this is where the trading begins, give the account you want the stuff so they can make a copy make sure you quit to the main menu so the locale save can update then quit the game, and then you will be deleting the locale save on which you want all your stuff back on so now you will go online and the cloud saves will reenable meaning it will give you all the stuff back before you went offline, and now the second account will use that locale save and update it to the cloud so it will get the new traded stuff you do it back and forth till you are satisfied sorry if this doesn't help kinda hard to explain
That makes it a bit easier for me to understand at least, I was just worried about losing progress or anything else I have on my main acc for the game so if you're saying that my progress and ask that I have so far will be safe if I delete the save data during offline mode right?

I can’t get this to work, gave 2nd account $$ then went offline and traded back to main then did the whole quit, delete save, online, open game and it was like trade didn’t happen. Tried it main to new and it just ate my gold??
see you messed up when you gave the second account your gold then went offline the game never saved if you had quit back to the main menu it would have meant when you traded it back to your main offline nothing is going to happen cause the online sync still thinks your main has the gold
I did these exact steps very slow. I reloaded to collect the duped money after deleting the save, and I am missing myth rank, bank gear, and a ton of other stuff: here is a list of all missing features and things; bank items, purple bank SDU, purple lost loot SDU, myth level, all cosmetic drops (banner items, statue items, expressions, and clothing/color/patterns.), all items filled within the purple SDU upgraded bank. I don’t understand this method, and now I’m in tech support hell. Please advise.

Xbox requires me to be online to launch this game. Can you only dupe if you have a physical copy of the game or something?
