Today im convinced that poch is average and weak with zero plan. Today gallagher was so shit. I think he did not complete a single tackle and did not make crucial pass. He is just running around blindly and playing simple passes. Enzo and Caiceido are playing box to box making tackles and also making crucial passes but Poch did not see that. Poch keeps gallagher and subs off palmer who is trying to do something with the ball.

I've got a better idea mate. Standards aren't to be lowered. However, it would be courageous for Chelsea fans as a collective to show some tough love and stop supporting the club for a while. Maybe pretend to support another club during this buffer period. Doesn't mean you hunt for glory. You are being treated like customers and you have something important in your dignity as a fanbase. Once the fans start to "dwindle" at an alarming rate, these owners will realise their business is rotting. Fans can have an impact on proceedings as well... Think about it brother. CFC could have gone 3-4 goals up with passes and link-up balls to attack Jackson get but he always lose the ball easily to opponents or make wrong decision.
Pochetino' s substitution, team set-up always kill the game at the end. He needs to be shown the way out. He is an average low tactical mentality coach that doesn't know how to manage game and balance defence with attack.
