    Can someone apply for neurosurgery residency after completing from home country a 3year GP residency (does he remain eligible)

      Yes still will be eligible for neurosurgery training .

      @@SJDAUK it's mentionned that :
      more that 24 months experience after foundation modules is a restriction criteria for ST1 application , according to the neurosurgery applicant handbook 2023
      So as GP training overseas require 3 years , does a GP trainee remain eligible for an ST1 training post after finishing his training

      For core surgical training:
      If you have 18 month experience in surgery then you will be considered overqualified ( the 18 month should be in surgery if it GP then it is not counted)
