Apparently Russia announced in the last couple days that the sanctions are affecting them, I seen something about it yesterday, trying to find more to see if it true.

They refused satellite signals during Kargil, now we have our own system. They conspired against our Atal, now we have Modi. Anything they do against us, gives us something better. A joke says it all. A small boy in Germany: Dad, what are these sanctions for? Dad : To make things expensive and the life difficult for the Russians. Boy : Dad, are we Russians?

Russia has experience in making functional giant machines. They have made and run these ships before. Just look at their mining excavators & trucks, to have an idea of how giant machines does Russia make and operate.
