The best one is gonna win and then they are gonna make real levels, and possible games with the most polished and perfected engine. Honestly i think the Bumper Engine was one of the first ones that came out and since then a lot more came out to rivalize with it, so i gotta thank you for this, because if supermarkets are competing, we get better deals, and that happens with almost everything. I like how this engine basically tells you, “Hey you know that boosting makes you fast right? Well not here!” Cause if you boost your speed becomes capped, but if you just let sonic run he can constantly gain speed and go even faster than constantly boosting would have you going

I'm like this fangame but missing some details the super sonic style (1992-2020), red gems shoes speed (2006), the sound of the waterfalls, victory jingle Sonic the hedgehog(2006) the scoring bar of Sonic generations (2011) and the challenges of friends, elements, technique and of enemies.
I love this engine. It has great potential. I don't think the level suits this Sonic ability. The skydiving and rail grinding/changing seemed a bit off. I don't know if the skydiving happens all the time when you are falling at speed or if it something you need to action but I sometimes think it doesn't quite fit all the time in some levels and looks like a lot of unnecessary air time. Still a nice example to demonstrate this engine. Love the little details like the bracelet and the light up on the back of the shoes. It's nice because it compliments how Shadow has the rocket shoe effect for Sonic to have the light up. I had never noticed that before.
I think I like the hero engine more but the one thing that this engine has over it is that the homing attacks are so crisp (something no sonic games have accomplished in my eyes)
My god... his running animation is even faster than the unleashes day levels! Why haven’t they thought of using this engine in the next modern sonic game?
This engine is AMAZING there’s only one problem I think I would have with it. Either make the boost bar bigger OR have the boost deplete a little bit slower, because if anything this is like Forces boost bar and with that the stages are so much bigger and not being able to boost for longer periods of time is gonna suck, but that’s my only complaint good engine so far.
Looks amazing but I'd do away with boost all together and have a spindash instead, than the speed cap would make sense plus it could be used to drift for tight turns.
It looks amazing! But there are some issues with the grind rails. Whenever he homing attacks onto the grind rail, his momentum seems to stop dead, at the scene where he's going past the giant waterfall, when he tries to land on the grind rail, he ends up flying off of it. And the grind rails seem pretty clunky with how he stays on it, but nice addition. 2: when sonic runs, he seems to float off the ground slightly. Other than that it's pretty good.

the idea of sonic slowing down time and being able to make small adjustments while going fast to keep momentum you already have is SOOOO much better than a boost used to get instant speed from being stopped in place by shitty level design
It’s so strange how making Sonic slower just seems a lot more satisfying to watch and play at least imo. The team unfortunately is never going to reach that decision because we’re so set on Sonic being “fast”. Does make this level look a bit barren tho

From the games own speed counter, normal running can get sonic to 85000 where as boost running seems to cap him at about 75000, this is dumb.
Chiropteran 296 Tbh it works. Boost can help him accelerate quickly, but it wouldn't let him easily reach top speed right off the bat.
This guy needed to wait to accelerate on his own and boost after that. Which he never did. That bugged the crap out of me

Looks amazing but I'd do away with boost all together and have a spindash instead, than the speed cap would make sense plus it could be used to drift for tight turns.

It looks amazing! But there are some issues with the grind rails. Whenever he homing attacks onto the grind rail, his momentum seems to stop dead, at the scene where he's going past the giant waterfall, when he tries to land on the grind rail, he ends up flying off of it. And the grind rails seem pretty clunky with how he stays on it, but nice addition.
2: when sonic runs, he seems to float off the ground slightly. Other than that it's pretty good.
We know but these are just tries and tests
We cant expect a fully polished game

Неплоха! Но даже я вижу что для этого Соника нужны уровни другова типа. Ты добавил свободное подение но при этом в уровнях джинерейшенс оно не как не используется. Я малчу про те все вырезания и падения мы все понимаем что тут веноваты лишь скрепты, а так браво !!!!

the idea of sonic slowing down time and being able to make small adjustments while going fast to keep momentum you already have is SOOOO much better than a boost used to get instant speed from being stopped in place by shitty level design

It’s so strange how making Sonic slower just seems a lot more satisfying to watch and play at least imo. The team unfortunately is never going to reach that decision because we’re so set on Sonic being “fast”. Does make this level look a bit barren tho

The engine itself seems good, but porting a level doesn’t really work as well, I can’t wait to see any original levels that the guy makes though!

2d sections were a mistake, this looks so much more fun in full 3d
I think the best use for the infinity engine boost it's use it in open world, not in boosters, if you think it, the engine it's more estethic than control, you can't justo jail the boost cause you'll not see anything, in open world you can see around, that's my thinking...
